I visit the location on 11/23/16. I got up early thinking that it would be a long line so I would get to the story around 6:30 am. I was prepared to stand / sit in line for a long time at least an hour or more. I even had my little fold up chair in my truck with a cup of hot chocolate. When I pulled up to the store around 6:30 the store had open early. The message on the website and on Google said the store would be open at 7 AM. I was able to work right into the story and received outstanding customer services. As I was waiting in line to pay for my “HAM”, I ask the people working at this location about the story opening time. The responds the two provided me with was it cold outside so we open early. The staff was ready and prepared to open so that is what they did. I believe the entire team displayed the type of customer services that is warranted at all the retail stores within the region and I am not just talking about the Honey Bake Ham stores. GREAT JOB!!! And...
Read moreThe Cashier/or Manager Jacqueline was very nice and pleasant, she greeted us immediately. Made sure we were alright and everything was clear with our orders. She was suggestive on what goes best with our meals, she was very diligent with the beverage machine when we told her most of the flavorings were out and she kept working on it so we could have the beverages we wanted to enjoy. After a while she had to put an out of order sign up. She checked on us often as we dined up until we left, her overall customer service was wonderful!! As others came in she was the same way and helpful to those who were handicapped so I could appreciate her services throughout the entire visit and experience. The Ambiance was clean, neatly organized outside and inside. I forgot HB doesn't give semi thin slices of meat like a deli!! So the Tavern club was stacked!! With both turkey and ham!! definitely WORTH IT!! just a lot of meat but on Croissant it's amaaazing with the hickory...
Read morePatricia please think before you write comments, the honeybaked Ham company doesn't simply send large hams to Forestville. They are disbursed on trucks to all stores with various sizes of all Honeybaked hams and turkeys. You just waited until the last minute to purchase your ham, then was upset they didn't have what YOU wanted. Speaking as an African American please don't play the race card because of your own laziness. If you want a small ham come in early and put it in the refrigerator just like you would if you got it from any other store. It lasts 7-10 days in the fridge people. Thank you and think of Honeybaked Ham for all your catering and...
