Honestly....we have been going to Buffalo wild wings forever.....been hitting up different locations......a few months back, BWW came to forney....we were stoked because this is our hang out and we go here any chance we get...we live in forney so this had been including some travel time every time we went.....when this location opened we were stoked because it was 3 minutes from our house. Since it opened we have been struggling. We have talked to all four managers about getting some flavored vodka because we prefer that over un flavored vodka.. all have excuses as to why they cannot provide flavored vodka. Having worked in the food/bev area,I know for a fact if a customer requests a liquor, it can be added to the liquor order....but all managers have excuses as to how ordering flavored vodka is not do- able. We would be consistent and thirsty customers ready to drink this bottle up, but managers will not budge. Last week, we came in and waited 40 minutes for our food and when it came out it was cold. Another strike....again, I have worked in the food industry, so I know that s* happens and things get confused and sometimes things get backed up. But we waited for 40 minutes for our food and it came out cold. And the manager was not surprised and it seemed like he was actually waiting on us to say something or not because he knew the food came out cold but he was just waiting to see if we said anything about it. And he could not seem to care less. we have been told by four managers that the liquor order is unbudgeable. And honestly we could go anywhere to get flavored vodka but we like Buffalo Wild Wings so we keep giving you a chance. But time after time it seems that no manager gives any craps. We saw a new manager tonight and we tried to talk to him about it, but he was giving off serious I don't give a crap vibes about everything we were saying. And honestly we are just paying customers trying to help the new managers of the new restaurant trying to keep supplied of what the customer wants coming through the doors. It is really disheartening, because we don't want to have to drive 25 minutes to Rockwall to get good customer service. But every time we have gone to Forney or Terrell, the attitude is really just like "I don't care" from the management. And that sucks ....because there is SO much potential for these locations, but they just are not invested. This is like my last ditch effort before I just stop going to these locations (because we have given ample opportunities) and just start going back to Rockwall, even though it is WAY out of my way. I love BWW but the management at Forney and Terrell have been booty and not really looking forward to giving them any more of my hard earned money. (Moreso forney than Terrell since we live like 4 minutes from Forney location) Let me be clear that it is not staff and it is management not giving a crap about customer requests......because Everytime we talk to bartenders they seem to be helpless to the managers and the manager seem to be way preoccupied with anything but making money. Its just disheartening. And I wish management cared more. Looks like we will be traveling...

I went to pick up the family order after I got off work and they were fine at first, one girl went to the back to grab another sauce, and the girl up front asked me if I wanted to check my order. I said "Lol no, I'm just picking up the food for my family, I just got off work I don't know what's supposed to be in here" I get my food and leave. This place is already a pain to get to and to get BACK to. I call my dad as I get on the side road, and then he tells me a drink is supposed to come with it. I'm a Mountain Dew fanatic, so he was trying to surprise me with the exclusive legend dew.. so I looped around the highway and drove back to the place. I just thought it was funny cause she asked me if I wanted to check it, like no, that's not really my job to make sure the food is right. I'm on the phone with my dad and when I went back to get my drink I told her and she said "What was it?" I said."I don't know. I'm picking up the food for the family." But then my dad tells me it's supposed to be the legend mountain dew. I tell her that, and she takes a long minute to bring up the order again to double check. I didn't even know what legend was supposed to look like, but when I'm driving home, I tasted it, and I was like LOL this is definitely regular mountain dew. So I was pretty disappointed about that cause I was looking forward to trying a new drink. When I got home, we discovered that we received bone in wings instead of boneless.. First time trying and not a good experience at all. Just a waste of my time and gas driving back to receive a regular...
   Read moreWe ordered to go and then decided to just stay in and order cocktails to have with it. There was no one to attend to us as we entered so we sat. The staff cleaning came and said we had to sit at the bar because it was âto -goâ and we found that weird because we got the food from here so what is the point of sitting at the bar? The place was empty and it was only 2 men sitting in there so this was not an issue where there was no space. I got up to go order cocktails and two of the staff close to the bar area said the person in charge at the bar was no where to be found and that they would go look for her. I went back to seat and still no one came to take the drink order. A few minutes later another staff came and said we had to leave and couldnât even consume buffalo wild wings to go food on the premises as it was âto-goâ. With a stinking attitude, she said âso are you going to order or notâ and with sarcasm I responded that she should make the âto- goâ order a âdine inâ order by bringing dishesđ Even if you had such a silly policy, was there a need for such rudeness and bad attitude for a paying customer? I said we wanted cocktails but clearly yâall are disorganized because you are open and still donât have anyone to sit people coming in, neither do you have someone at the bar. We got up to leave and ended up coming back in because we realized that the âto-goâ order was even messed up! Instead of the 20 wings - 15 wings were given and she was still trying to argue until I pulled up the order. They left a bad taste in our mouth for sure and wonât be back.
