Mendolasa Cafe: A Sweet Escape Mendolasa Cafe is a must-visit for dessert lovers and boba tea enthusiasts! Here's why: * Cheesecakes & Patisseries: Their cheesecakes are heavenly, with rich flavors and creamy textures. The patisseries are equally tempting, showcasing beautiful displays and delightful tastes. * Boba Tea Perfection: The boba tea here is truly exceptional. The flavors are well-balanced, the boba pearls are perfectly cooked, and the overall experience is top-notch. * Cappuccino Delight: If you prefer coffee, their cappuccino is a solid choice – rich, creamy, and a great pick-me-up. Overall: Mendolasa Cafe is a fantastic spot to satisfy your sweet tooth and boba cravings. The friendly atmosphere adds to the charm. Would I go back? Absolutely! A little gem in the heart of Fort Bragg 💕

Coming into this cafe from out of town to find the best boba I have ever tasted. I am not usually much of a boba fan and order my drinks without them, but gave them a shot this time. Somehow their boba has flavor and so much texture... and plenty of them! Not full of ice, they have a great selection of drink flavors served with a down home flair that made me feel like I have been there a hundred times. Looking forward to my next drive to the north coast to visit here again.

The kids got boba and said they loved it! (Tiger and Watermelon). My husband and I got a brownie, chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate peanut butter pie. Everything was amazing and taste so good! We got brownies fresh out of the oven too! We will definitely be back next time we visit.

While fully masked and vaccinated, we walked into the OPEN and branded back door entrance of this cafe, only to get screamed at for entering someone’s place of business, in an attempt to order food. The cafe worker/owner used profanity and was yelling at us in full force, we didn’t even have a chance to apologize for entering through the “wrong” door, because she slammed the door in our faces as we backed out utterly confused. I happily did not waste my $ here and instead decided to write this review. From reading the other comments, this business is clearly run by not a friendly person.

Edit to follow up to the owners reply:

You might want to consider removing the cafe sign and welcoming area that looks like an entrance off the parking lot or simply hanging a Do Not Enter sign in the back. I am from out of town and clearly never visited your establishment. Why and how would I know that you can’t walk into an open door of a restaurant that’s off the parking lot!!!! Also you could have simply said to us, please walk around to the front and we would have apologized and happily obliged. Our goal is not to bring harm or make anyone feel uncomfortable in these times. You clearly have no idea how to communicate, be kind or treat people...
