While this location conveniently has Consuelo burritos, their price structure is not very economical. cream cheese adds an extra 2 bucks to the cost of a bagel. I could go to a grocery store and get a whole thing of bagels and cream cheese for 5 bucks! What really got me is that when you purchase a 4 dollar breakfast burrito, it does not count towards the punch card since they are for "bagels only". I can understand given that this is what they specialize in but the kicker is the lack of empathy coming from the staff regarding it. Very unfriendly. I ordered a bagel and asked for the cheese to be melted. She told me it was turned off. I asked why, as usually I’m here an hour before close and it is on; this time I was here at noon, 3 hrs before close. She just kinda looked at me and said “anything else?”

Then as my bagel was being made, within earshot this girl began walking around telling everybody what I had said within earshot of me.
