Wild Side Smoke Shop — Local services in Fort Collins

So, this is a kind of weird review because it starts with a mess up but I’ve worked customer service so I know exactly how far this guy is went for me (I believe his name is Josh). I went in to buy coils for a new vape I had purchased; I didn’t know exactly what I needed because coils are ALWAYS so confusing to me. Josh took the time to look up the coils online and they looked right to me so I purchased them and left. I got home and unfortunately they didn’t fit so I called back the next day to see if I could return them. Josh must have recognized my voice (from one encounter a day previous) but didn’t say anything. When I showed up to exchange them, he had done an experiment with what coils fit the right pod and made sure everything should work. I didn’t pay a dime or have any problems getting the exchange and left, obviously he was very nice and felt bad about it, but I know what it’s like being there. About half way home (I live close) he called me, and told me I yet again taken the wrong coils. I don’t think people understand how uncommon it is for customer service people to admit their mistakes and go out of their way to find a number and prevent the problem for getting any further and just.. I don’t know, it was incredible to me the length he went to to make sure I went home with the right coils. Not a bad experience at all and like—all coils look the same and the info online is not always right and—he just went so above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. All of the staff here are very friendly and great but—apparently Josh is my favorite now. I do hope I’m getting his name right....

Last night was my 1st time at this location. Ty was the guys nzme who helped me. My vape was missing parts and I wanted what originally came with it without having to buy a whole new setup. He not just got me the part I needed but verified and showed me the original one set my mind at ease considering the place I stopped at before here sold me some janky piece of crap that made my vape like doing a dab of juice. Like I said this was my 1st time here and as long as the rest of their employees are half as good as TY this is my new vape spot. Oh and TY did this all in a matter of minutes. When the shop before this one took 30 minutes convincing me to buy something I didn't want and ended up throwing away. Great staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm from Boulder and wild side there was my go-to place, so I was thrilled there's one here too! - just an update. Still continue to visit you guys, and you're always super helpful and friendly! With what seems like a million choices with disposables, I trust your staff to help me get exactly what I need and leave very happy. I've become blind in the last year and your shop is one of few places I travel to alone. I know it takes a few more minutes to help me since I can't see to make my selections but the staff always help me without any complaints even if I ask them to read me a whole line of flavors for the third time.
