I will never shop here again 😡 I went in and bought three vapes and the store clerk who looked like they just hired her off the street seemed nice at first but when I bought two vapes for 23 bucks a pop I exited the building and then looked at my receipt and she charged me 70 bucks for two vapes ! I was heated and I get mistakes happen but in my eyes I think she tried to pull a fast one on me because when I confronted her about charging me for three vapes and Instead of two she gave no apology and seemed annoyed that I cought on it !! I honestly think she tried charging me for another vape so she could get herself a free bee vape ! She wanted to just give me store credit but I said I wanted the money back on my card and then she just seemed more annoyed and again she gave NO APOLOGY for this !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE ! AND PEOPLE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Let me clarify because I want to show the people where there is no accountability and this is me commenting after the owner responds back to me ! I called the store after the fact of me asking for money back on my card the employee seemed annoyed that I wanted money back on my card !! The owner responds saying that mistakes happen but they are aware that their scanner scans twice on their products ! If this is the case and they know that the scanner is faulty and sometimes rips people off how many people have been ripped off without knowing this and then they just get screwed??? Maybe the owner needs to take accountability and buy a new scanner if they are aware that their scanner sometimes scans items twice! Check your...

So I am in this shop roughly once a month buying various tools for my Colorado life clutch. The store is organized and clean, nice lighting. The prices are decent on overall everything. I’m going to write two stars for two reasons. 1. I walked inside the store down the stairs, around the corner and close to the Hookah rigs and attachments, noticing a marijuana smell coming from behind the corner. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. If you want to say that some other smell. It’s cool, I can tell by looking at the employees very red eyes while in the store. I need to have an attentive associate free of substances when trying to sell me a product that I already have come in with prior knowledge to discuss. 2. The customer service really depends on who you get. There is a male manager who is really nice and knowledgeable about the product. The other associates in the store have really not given me a solid good experience. They are very strict on return policy but will carelessly sell you a product without making sure it works first. Seems sketchy to me. Not sure if I will return. Many smoke shops in Fort Collins to attract business elsewhere without loss of professional...

Been there 3 times to buy goods. First time they closed earlier than their hours had stated. I was there 20 minutes before closing. Asked girl working next afternoon about it only to have her tell me that I was pretty much not telling the truth... And this after she sat behind counter (on the floor) for 10 minutes talking on the phone to some guy about a tattoo.

Second time I went in there, the guy that is ALWYAS working at night was really rude and spoke down to me more than once during our conversation. Went back again a few weeks later for my 3rd visit, same story. Now, mind you, I'm a grown man. Not a child, not a bum off the streets... How can you realistically expect me to spend literally HUNDREDS of dollars in your establishment if you won't show me basic respect when I come in to buy gifts/novelties???

Oh.... I forgot to mention that they always have a sign advertising 10-15% purchases on select days. I have never once had this discount applied to glass or other stuff I've purchased.

Sorry, One Love!! In the age of Google you can't treat your local customers like crap when they can get anything you sell on the internet...
