We came in on Labor Day, and they had maybe 4 tables upon our arrival . We were greeted with a warm "Hola" and were sat immediately. Our waitress Daph was not only friendly. knowledgeable, full of great recommendations(out first time here), she was also very attentive,in spite of the restaurant getting full with in 25min of us being there.

We had a spicy/chamoy mango margarita that was delicious. we also had a michelada, which let me tell you these are usually a miss in most Mexican restaurants. But here It's a must!. We had a house margaritas that was very refreshing.

For dinner based on Daphs recommendations, we ordered the fried tilapia with diablo sauce on the side. The tilapia was fried perfectly, crispy on the outside soft in the inside. The diablo sauce has a little kick to it, making it the perfect addition. We also ordered the quesabirrias very yummy. The broth is the star of the plate.

For dessert, we shared the flan, which was soft, creamy, and delightful, we paired it with a carajillo, that for my taste was a little strong.

All in all, we had a great time here, enjoyed the drinks and food. Will...

El Diablo Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins is a local gem that's really impressed me. Starting from a food truck and now a full-service restaurant, they've nailed it with their food and service.

The flavors are everything. Each dish tastes homemade and authentic, like they really know their stuff in the kitchen. Whether you're into sizzling fajitas or cheesy enchiladas, the food hits the spot.

What's cool is they offer combo options that give you a bit of everything you love without costing a fortune. And the drinks? They're solid, too, just right for washing down all that deliciousness. They are some of the most under-appreciated margaritas in Fort Collins.

Service-wise, they're on it. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure you're well taken care of from start to finish. It felt very personal and fun! It's that kind of touch that keeps me coming back.

If you're in Fort Collins and craving good Mexican food in a laid-back atmosphere, El Diablo is definitely worth checking out. Good food, good drinks, and good vibes—what more could...

I went to the restaurant because it's closer to my house and I assumed since they had the same stuff on the menu and they are the same business that the food I ordered would be the same. I usually order from one of the food trucks and this is the second time I have ordered from the restaurant and was beyond disappointed. The food when I order from the food trucks are always so amazing and I wish I could give 5 stars, but ordering from the restaurant, especially with the same food, shouldn't be any different from the food truck and when I called to get my order fixed I got told, "sorry we aren't the food truck and that's not how it's done here". The only reason I come here is to order birria and get consume... Not only did I not get consume, chili oil, or limes with my birrria, I also ordered Birria Ramen and didn't recieve any chili oil or limes for my Ramen. If you are expecting the food truck food DO NOT go to the restaurant... I am just very disappointed. I am sure other food is great as they do know how to make...

This place is a true gem. Almost every table full on a Tuesday evening. We were sat in one of the remaining booths. A gentleman greeted us, who we later found out was the owner, took our drink order. Highly recommend the mango chamoy margarita and the jalapeño margarita. Both were amazing. The jalapeño is best served on the rocks and is so refreshing. We saw a recent YouTube video about El Diablo and ordered everything he recommended plus some guacamole. The owner took our order and told us every recipe was his. We had the quesabirria tacos, birria ramen, Aguachile Divorciados, and guacamole. Friends, everything was a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back to their little patio.
