I just had one of the most frustrating experiences ordering pizza here. I made my order around 8:30pm, and didn't get my pizza until 10:30pm. I don't usually like writing bad reviews, but I'm extremely frustrated with the service here.
It's been a long day, I'm just looking to enjoy a pizza and wings with my younger sister. They sent the order through doordash - which is weird because why don't you guys have your own delivery drivers??? (I ordered through the pizza hut app, from what I assumed was directly pizza hut) first time they tried sending it, my order just straight up didn't come. I don't know if the door dash driver took it? Or if it got delivered to the wrong place? But anyways I called them, and I'm not gonna gripe about a pizza being too late because I feel bad and they were nice enough to make a new one and send it, anyways the driver got here at 10:30 only to find out they tried making me pay for it again!!!! At this point I'm even more frustrated because why is ordering pizza this hard 😭 my boyfriend called the store, the same guy who helped me earlier answered and we try explaining the situation to him but he literally started immediately accusing us of trying to pull a fast one on him (which no!!! I just wanted my stupid pizza!!!!!! :[ ) but it turns out it was a mistake and he didn't mark it down as paid for. I'm not trying to give the person helping us any crap, I 100% understand mistakes happen, but don't immediately just assume I'm trying to pull a fast one on you -_-
The cherry on top is the pizza was not so great. It was cold, that classic cardboard pizza hut pizza. Idk why I ordered from here I just thought it had been a while and my little sister wanted it. I spent $30 on pizza and wings and now I'm just sad. Go to...
Read moreMe and the wife work long term care. We had a resident place an order for dinner to be delivered. This resident orders from this location 1-2 times a week. On 5/18 an order was placed by the resident and never delivered. Resident elected not to receive the facility dinner. Continually denied anything to eat from the facility due to wanting the order. By 10p the resident elected to accepted a PJ&J sandwich due to order not being delivered. Resident made a phone call in 5/19 to establishment and was told “sorry, nothing we can do about it”. Since when has this become acceptable behavior? So, I called the evening of 5/19 and spoke to a manger (Maxwell). Was never given a reason the delivery wasn’t made on 5/18… was instructed that the order would be recreated and delivered by 8:30p. I received a follow up call back stating that the order would not be reproduced because if their system and the resident would have to pay for the order again to call back on 5/20 after 4p and the order would be completed. Here we are on 5/20 and after filing multiple reports against this establishment I highly doubt any rectification for this resident when I call after 4p. What has become of society that a company is unable to rectify their wrong especially when it pertains to a resident of a facility that is unable to provide their own care? What is the difference between yesterday correcting the order for delivery and having to call back another day to get it completed? Worst way to...
Read moreLiterally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They messed up my pizza, no big deal. Instead of remaking it though, they just ran sausage through the oven while I waited for 20 more minutes, and so did my pizza… after throwing the sausage on the 20 minute old pizza, I asked for a refund. They bluntly told me “They can’t do that. That’s what the kitchen did instead of remaking it.” When I said “Wow really, this is ridiculous…” the employee responded with “Yeah, it is ridiculous. Do you want the credit or not?” No sorry, just an old pizza handed to me with sausage rolling around on top of it (which wouldn’t even stay on the pizza while eating it because it was old and all the cheese got solidified while it sat there). If I wanted a pizza that was 20 minutes old, I probably wouldn’t have been sitting outside the restaurant waiting for it to be handed to me fresh… All they have working there now is a bunch of people wearing sweatpants and pajamas to work who couldn’t care less about their job. Save your money and time and go get pizza from one of the 15 other places in town that might actually care about your business… and If your kid has a Book-It coupon, I’d redeem it at the Pennock location to keep yourself from having to deal with the lackluster service this...
