Panda Express — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Cream cheese rangoons were frozen inside after waiting 15+ mins in the parking lot for them to cook (drive-thru order). Took them inside where they were put back into the fryer for about 2-3 minutes and then given back. Same exact ones that I already had which is a health hazard. Still were slightly cold. Second visit tonight I went 50 minutes before they closed. Waiting to order and was ignored then after I asked if I could order I was told they were closed for a family group/gathering…so I go to drive thru. Very limited on selection at that time so I decided to just get what was available. The girl taking the order was extremely rude and I could see her in the window. When she started putting the chow mein in the container she slapped it in aggressively and threw her hands around irritated. Another lady comes and takes it from her to finish the order. TWO bad experiences on different days. These people need staff training and...

Went here for dinner tonight and I never mind the wait and I always am nice to the people at the window. The reason for the 1 Star is because every single time I come here the staff is the most rude and unprofessional individuals I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. What had happened is when I pulled up to the window the lady basically through my food out the window and then wanted the money. Once I have gave the money she swiped my card and when she gave me my card back she didn’t look at me at all, her face was turned the other way and when I said thank you. Totally ignored me and shut the window. I was shocked. I worked in customer service for a very long time and if I saw one of my employees doing this, they be fired immediately. If you can’t work nicely with the public find something you can do without Dealing with people. Just a FYI for people, don’t be surprised if you experience...

Very poor customer service....ESPECIALLY TOWARDS CLOSING!!! I get you want to leave and go home but you shouldn’t mistreat your customers because of that...I had a hard time understanding what they were telling me what was available to order because of the wind so I kept asking if a certain entrees were available and she kept repeating the whole list of what was available really fast where I couldn’t keep up....then as soon as I pull up to pay she had attitude....kept talking and I said “excuse me I can’t understand you” and ignored me. I get home just to notice that the chow Mein they gave me had more veggies then noodles....It’s too late to go back and ask for a refund because they are closed but I will not let this go!!!!
