Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Fort Collins

I was a fan of this location and Freddy’s overall but tonight I went to their Longmont location, ordered a burger left to come home to Fort Collins and halfway there I found out the order was wrong. I went to their Longmont location location here and told them what had happed with the simple fix of remake the burger and I even offered to give them the old one as proof of the easy to fix mistake. Their answer was sorry, you have to go back to that location and get them to remake the burger. What?! You think I’m going to drive 35 minutes back there to get a new burger then back? Come on, it’s basic customer service here. It’s not like I was asking for money back, I just wanted my meal as I had ordered it but they couldn't bring...

This is a lovely establishment that is perfect for a drop in lunch or late afternoon custard snack. The food is cooked right in front of you and done quickly. The steak burgers are smashed to perfection and the fries are addictive. The service is the best part, as anytime I walk up to the counter I feel welcomed in like I’m stoping by to see my friends. Amazing food. They have never missed I usually go to the one right by Costco. But as a CSU student this is just is much better. The food here is also fresher and you get it alot faster.
