This was a bad example of a place trying to create an exclusive environment. The hostess was rude, wouldn’t give me an estimated wait time and didn’t even recommend we go into their bar downstairs for a drink. We sat waiting outside until one of the people walked around and entered through the hotel lobby to get a drink. Seems silly to not encourage people to drink in your bar, right? I’d also like to say that when you first walk into the place it absolutely wreaks of sewage. There’s obviously some kind of main drain issue in this place. Even after explaining we were there to meet people that we were all in a wedding party with that were already upstairs, they still had us waiting for more than an hour in their stinky bar down stairs. I explained to the manager we’d all traveled hundreds and some thousands of miles to spend time together and still they hardly made an effort to make us feel like we were remotely prioritized to be sat. Then we were finally take upstairs to where we were promptly told to not stop at all to talk to the other half of our party...was this this Smithsonian or a lounge? Overall very, very poor, rude service that is trying to be some exclusive speak easy that looks like a poorly decorated airport lounge. I highly suggest checking out The Social instead of this place. They had amazing service, drinks and food and a much...
Read moreI was on a date night with my wife and decided to check this place out. The band was OK and the ambience was not so bad, I order a beer and I asked if they could make a Mai Tai for my wife for which the bartender said yes. Well... she had to Google the recipe and made the not so standard Mai Tai (I am being nice in this coment considering that I have had multiple Mai Tais in Hawaii, Miami, LA, New York, etc and they were all consistent within each other), when I made her aware of it she just showed me the Google page and said "that's what the...
Read moreThis place was so much fun! Went to watch The Marías at this location. The set up was informal which made our time with the performers much more personal which I loved. I was able to meet the members of the band as well as some very cool locals in Fort Collins. This was a great experience. The only thing I kinda hoped was different was some of the prices on the drinks. I paid $10 for a tiny drink and it was not the best. However I will still give it a 5 star because the staff and the experience was amazing for my...
