Normally I give really good reviews as I know small businesses need them. I am sure the food would have been great if I had someone to wait on me, but since the kiosks have been installed, I feel totally invisible, even with 3 or 4 people standing in the area and chatting. I just walked out. Acknowledge your customers people. You had just waited on a lady in front of me and just ignored me when done with her. It takes me 10 times longer to use the kiosk than to order from you. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened. Not sure I will go back to this location at Front Range Village at all. College location is a bit better, but Paneras lately overall is making me feel underappreciated, ignored, insulted, and overpaying. Food portions have also gotten smaller while prices have gone up. My husband and I split a Chipolte chicken grilled sandwich the other day and it was barely mediocre when it used to be a great sandwich. Good thing we went out to dinner a couple hours later as while, 1/2 usually fills us, we were both hungry and the sandwich, bag of chips and one ice tea came to $17. I can go sit down at a restaurant for that price and have someone greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome as well as get a real meal. If Paneras continues to go this route, you might as well become a drive through because your service is terrible. Management practices need to change or I will be...
Read moreOur food was excellent, our cashiers were kind and helpful.... however, Jay the food runner needs to work a bit on his Dining Room Etiquitte. He was talking so loudly about the most mindless things to the girls working during our meal (flirting I reckon) that it was really hard to concentrate on our own conversation. What was meant to be a nice break from the road, ended up being a bit of a headache. There were many dirty tables and messes on the floor he could have easily cleaned up. When a guest walked up to him with her plates asking where they go he directed her to take them back to her table - which was a ways away. He could have easily taken the plates from her, for her, and wiped down a table or 2. If you are that slow - and your cashiers are busy, he should be contributing to the dining room not yacking away at full volume about non work related conversation while guests are all forced to listen and watch. We have always loved Panera and will be back, just to a different location. I review nearly every place I dine at, and I do so honestly. So this certainly isn't personal. Your establishment has potential you just need to instill some etiquette and work ethic in 1 or 2 people. Voices carry, everyone is watching, everyone is listening, and most of us are prompted to review by Google as soon as we walk away from a place, so step it up guy. Work harder, girls...
Read moreOrdered to go for contactless delivery while I was Covid positive, since I hoped the soup would help my symptoms. I had a gift card to it from work as a get well gift. We tried for 30 minutes to get the gift card online to work before calling the store, and then they told us they couldn't process a gift card over the phone. Finally get the gift card to work online and our food arrives. We ordered two pick twos and only two items were included, and my soup and her Mac n cheese were both missing, the two hot items we ordered to help us feel better. We call the store and they tell us they cannot send out a new driver as they use doordash and have no way to contact the driver or get doordash to refund us. We are asked to come get food, but obviously that isn't an option with Covid. The manager says she cannot refund our order in her system either but can send us a $20 gift card. We give her the address. The gift card never comes. We call the national number to explain we never got a refund or the promised gift card. They take down our name and said this panera is part of a local Regional franchise and the franchisee has to fix it. They said the franchisee would reach out to make it right. They never did. They took our money and didn't deliver with no recourse for several months now . Will not be eating there until...
