The person on headset greeted us immediately and was very upbeat and casual. I let the barista know I needed more time to which she told me to holler when I was ready. A second barista jumped on headsets and asked if we’d been helped— I appreciated this. The initial ordering was great, but the service at window was the complete opposite. The EXACT moment I arrived at the window the barista immediately jumped to the total. I was honestly taken aback because their attitude was unexpected especially with the great service we had when ordering. Not once did the barista initiate conversation— the interaction was entirely transactional… the barista even walked away after I filled out the card reader. I wouldn’t care if the barista wasn’t straight up rude. Moreover, the patio had two people listening to foul content on a speaker… the content being discussed was very distasteful. EDIT I clicked on the link provided by the store owner. Takes you down a rabbit hole of chat suggestions… not super helpful, but I think the review I initially left kind of settles the issue anyway. The team member simply didn’t have good customer service, that’s it. Perhaps management should be more cognizant of how their team members are feeling and initiate more breaks OR simply don’t have the barista with a poor attitude on window. Moreover, having a team member do occasional rounds to make sure everything is in order is good practice. Read moreI feel like since the implementation of tipping on credit cards has been introduced via drive thru the quality has gone down significantly. Usually this is my go to store because of quality and consistency. But I noticed since the implementation of tipping via cc on drive thru orders I’ve had more issues with getting the wrong size drink, being over charged on my usual drink, and even just skipping adding the extra shots I pay for. Of course the cc tips is something pushed through via unions but somehow the workers at this shop just dropped the ball hard on the basic duties of their job. While yes I can complain to the corporation that this practice may influence workers to get paid more for a bad job(can’t try my drink before I tip) but really this falls on the employees and management for taking advantage of...
Read moreIm a loyal customer. However, today I stopped in and was told when ordering a strawberry refresher at the register, that they were out. So i ordered the Mango instead. When I was given my drink, I noticed there was no fruit inside and it was clear. When i brought it up i told the employee I would like a refund or a discount as the drink is only half complete. Nobody told me that before ordering and the fact that they tried getting away with that is even worse. Her response was "well we only have kiwi fruit for the refreshers and were out of fruit for the rest of them".
