I live in Webster City. I had called earlier in the day and asked about a certain discount. Later that night I received a text from the Fort Doge Pizza Ranch thanking me for my online order. I called the store and talked to the female manager. I asked if an order had been placed with my phone number and I told her my phone number. She told me no. I asked her to check if there was an order placed in my name. She said no. Feeling better thinking it was a mistake I let it go thanked her and hung up. A half hour later I received a call from a Pizza Ranch delivery Driver. Feeling like I was being scammed I told him he was getting no information from me since I had already called and spoke with Pizza Ranch. He informed me he was just calling to get my apartment number. The order was for Chyann or Shyann Holman. I called the store back many times which they did not answer until my 10th call. By this time I was irate knowing they had seen my phone number on their caller ID and the order the first time I called. The Manager kept interrupting me and I did get very rude. I ended up calling the police. Its no coincidence that I had called earlier and then my number was used. Maybe next time you want to scam your employer make sure the phone number isn't part of the rewards program! I will be calling Corporate. Everyone needs to watch your credit card info and other info in the Fort Dodge...
Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had at your location this past Saturday during my son's birthday party.
To begin with, the manager unilaterally changed the time I originally requested for the party to accommodate his own overbooking mistake. This was completely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. He was also incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction.
Additionally, he attempted to charge me for the smaller party packs of food, clearly unaware of your group meal options—something I am very familiar with, having hosted three other parties at Pizza Ranch in the past. To make matters worse, I was individually charged for every single drink, which has never been the case in my previous experiences.
The food quality was also unacceptable. For the amount of money I spent, I expected the food to at least meet the usual standard. Instead, it was terrible—stale, cold, and frankly embarrassing to serve to guests.
I am not happy. In fact, I am furious. This event was meant to be a special day for my son, and it was completely overshadowed by poor service and subpar food. I would like a full refund for this experience, and I expect to be contacted promptly regarding...
Read moreOkay, for starters, price is very important to pizza ranches buisness, there’s a reason why that I understand many people may not, due to covid n whatnot a lot has changed, prices are one, but 30$ for 2 people is quite expensive, for a buffet yeah it’s not too bad, still pretty steep. 2nd there was spilled milk, a bunch of plates, cups, etc that weren’t picked up for about the whole time we ate, I get it gets busy sometimes but it wasn’t very busy, 3-4 tables were all that was taken up. 3rd the bathroom lights tend to turn off after a few minutes in the stall. Food per usual is always absolutely BOMB, can never complain, drinks weren’t watered down although it tends to happen from time to time here. Guy who took my order did an amazing job, made sure I got what I wanted! I appreciate the enthusiasm the team had when we walked in (once again per usual although it may depend on who’s workigg by because there’s been moments...
