KFC — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

I keep giving this place another chance because its the only KFC nearby but today's service was beyond horrible. Waited 20 minutes for my food, lobby was a disaster, but all that I can forgive because I came in at peak dinner rush. What I will not excuse is the behavior from the person I assume is the manager or at least the person in charge of the shift. This isn't the first time her attitude has been like this its just the first time I've been upset enough to say something. She really needs to think about how she treats the employees and the customers, and definitely pay attention to how loudly she complains when there are multiple customers who heard how she talked to the poor guy working the register and the snide comment she made about the customer who decided not to order. I get that it's hot, and its busy, and I'm sure she's underpaid... but treat your employees/coworkers with a little respect and...

A little slow but nice people. Good...

Combined KFC/Taco Bell. Not a good location compared to most of both restaurant chain I've been to... Almost always busy, slow service half the time, not well kept, times where its closed earlier than its supposed to, sold out of certain foods, food is hit & miss.... overall it feels like a low quality experience. 2nd time visiting the dining room on 11/15/24 between 6:15-6:45pm; You got a puddle of water with a soaked mat at the fountain station, along with the whole counter soaked/stains with debris scattered about.... 1 point there was 2 workers near the fountain station just socializing while the mess is left unattended, even after they left to go back to the backroom & till I left. Accident waiting to happen. I suspect once that Chic-Fil-A opens up few blocks West of them, the KFC portion will be consolidated into a...
