Charlie's Chicken Fort Gibson — Restaurant in Fort Gibson

First off, if it’s not Fort Gibson, is it really Charlie’s? Great buffet with something for everyone. My son is picky but he’s always ready for Charlie’s FG. Everything I’ve tried is great but my favorite is the smothered pork steak which is why I only rated the service at 4 stars due to never knowing when it is on the menu. Also, the second pan after the buffet opens will be fresh with the first possibly being leftovers. I showed up just after eleven once and had to eat half a pan of leftovers but it was so good that I never realized that’s what they were until the second pan came out. Didn’t bother me a bit and I’m certain that if I had brought it to anyone’s attention it would have been handled promptly. But like I said, so good I never realized. I prefer the styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. I’m far from a germiphobe but it seems very sanitary similarly to the rest of what a customer can see. Iam sorry to say ive been to.Charlies Chicken 2 times. My experience my 1st time was awesome. Food was very good so i was really looking forward to going back. On the 26th of Oct 2017 was a big let down.!!! Not only did the meats on the buffet was dry unless it had bbq sauce on it and even the mash potatoes , selection of buffet were nothing like the 1st visit. Also the crew on this particular day were not friendly or even acted like they were happy to have a job Im not the type of person to complain id much rather praise the employees. I realize we all have bad days but the whole crew was that way.??? I hope if we go back to eat there food will be back to the way it was the 1st time Thank you very much.
