Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Gibson

I try and try with this place, I hate leaving these reviews but this owner obviously doesn’t care, the owner won’t respond to this complaint just like he doesn’t respond to the other complaints. A few months ago after getting uncooked pizza for the 3rd time I called in to talk to someone about it, with the manager on the phone and the owner in the background telling me that when I order I have to request my pizza be fully cooked. Cool, so I started ordering thin crust. Tonight I’m ordering pizza and ask if my cinnamon sticks could be cooked all the way, again, they just wanted to argue that some customers like it undercooked, so I go to pick my order up, it was a large order, and there were no cinnamon sticks. I call back and the response I got was “ well you didn’t pay for them”. This was the worst Pizza I have ever had. I asked for extra sauce it was dry. I was told give 35 mins to pick my order up I only waited 20 mins it was ready when I got there 15 mins earlier than I was told to be there. More than likely sitting under the heat lamp. I asked to have it remade or refunded they chose to refund it. The manager ask one of the young men working the counter to call me and ask me to come back and pay for the boneless chicken nuggets. I was on my way to Greenleaf State Park to spend the night in a cabin, and I drove here from Bixby. I ordered the Big 8 calizone, and I told the young lady to ensure that Alpine dressing was in the calizone since I love that stuff. Amanda was the one who prepared my calizone. When I got it and took a bite, I just said, "perfect!" I have been to many Simple Simon's locations, and this has to be the best Big 8 calizone I ever ate, but this is an understatement.
