This week I ordered pizza and garlic sticks from the N Ftl location online. My husband would pick it up on his way home after 13 hours of patient care at the Hospital. Upon arrival he was told no such order was placed, so he called me. I asked for the manager, and as I tried to read the order number to the manager he began talking over me to tell me I had ordered from the wrong location on Federal. I could get a refund from them the next day and his location would spend a half hour making what I ordered, with my tired husband waiting, or I could go pick it up at the other location. Now that I realize they offer free delivery I wonder why that wasn't offered while I was on the phone?? So my husband left for home as I took off for the S Federal location, but as I pulled up the receipt and plugged the address found on the receipt into gps, it lead me back to the N Federal location which jist turned my husband away without even looking up the order number! When I arrived, the young lady at the register said there was no order. She never asked for my name or the order number, so how would she know? I asked for the manager. The manager would not believe I ordered it correctly until I pulled it up on my phone and put it in front of him. I got no apology. I got no "we will make a new one on the house". I got an inept manager with a smug attitude. I said I wanted a refund. Somehow, he then went in the back and, without knowing the order number, found the order and gave me a refund! When he came to give me the receipt he offered the rather lame excuse that they couldn't find my order because it was under James, not Jim. Really? You put someone through all that because of your mistake, never tried to own it, apologize, or even correct it, and your solution is… a lame excuse for incompetence and a refund only after I insist on it. I am amazed that after decades of restaurant management by Anthony's, this is where you are. SMH

The square 16" margarita pizza is fantastic, we got 2 and added ricotta on the one not pictured. They were perfect. There is plenty of mozzarella and basil and sauce, it's the perfect combination and perfect quantities of everything. Really fantastic pizza. The wings were good, we got 20: half buffalo wings half dry rub wings. The dry rub tasted like Jamaican jerk seasoning to me but I'm not sure technically what it is. It was sweet and also savory. Really yummy. I love that for our takeout order they provided paper plates, plasticware, crushed red pepper, and parmesan crumbles. We did accidentally go to the wrong Anthony's... there are two on the exact same road just a few miles from each other, which is confusing... But it worked out fine, and the pizza was still warm even though we were 30 mins late by the time we got to the right location lol. It was an expensive dinner, but I definitely recommend. Great quality.

Good food in a “casual upscale” setting but held back by slow, uneven service. This now nationwide chain backed by Dolphin great Dan Marino dishes up coal fired pizzas, Italian dishes and bar snacks in a pub like atmosphere. We enjoyed the pizza (adjusting for location), thought the “classic Italian” salad was lacking and found the broccoli rabe to be excellent. There is no kids menu which is fine but a bit unexpected for a place like this. Our service was, in a word, terrible. It can happen, and we’ve only been once so assume it was an aberration. Our server forgot drinks for the kids twice, didn’t bring our the food in the order offered, and tacked on charges to our bill. We would go back again and give another chance.

This new(er) north location has easily become one of my favorite places for a casual meal in Fort Lauderdale. Just about one mile north of Sunrise on Federal Blvd it’s new location is in the same plaza as Trader Joe’s and Nordstrom Rack. But it’s not entirely about location, it’s about the food and the exceptional service.

Whether you are having wings and a salad or a pizza, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I have been a purveyor of Anthony’s for 14 years and I have NEVER had a bad meal, ever. Honestly, it’s simply delicious.

This north location has something a little extra and really special. The staff. They remember you, they remember your order, or even what you like to drink. Not everyone but a lot of them and and Liat and Josh are real standouts. So much so, I consider them friends. Not that that is a prerequisite for me but it just feels right to have a nice meal and good conversation with genuinely kind people.

Whether you are local or you are from out of town you cannot go wrong with this location of Anthony’s Coal-fire Pizza.

Since I last wrote this review I have updated my favorite staff members but there has been an expansion of the menu as well. The wings come in a variety of flavors and rubs and dips. I’m still happiest with my old favorites though. Just the classic wings and cheese and mushrooms pizza. (Not at...

Food is always good from Anthony's, but at this location we ordered one of there catering platers spent around $230 they charged a $25 delivery fee which I was ok with. We ordered for a meeting at our Co. For food for 15 people. They asked to tip up front which we did $26 at 10%. Food comes and it's missing 1 of 4 pizza drivers said sorry don't know what to tell you but call them. Thanks for tip as he drives off. Now I'm short the food I needed for our event. Call the location and they said sorry about that all we will do is refund that pizza. Sorry but we ran short on food as the pizza was main dish. They could at least gave us off more then the 1 pizza or had another sent to us right but I was pretty much told that's it sorry we don't care we screwed your events food. Sadly I asked u should do more but they wouldn't. Last time we ever order food here and we order food for our employees almost 1x a week. Lost my Co business at least waving the the delivery fee would been nice atleast if I picked it up I'd make sure the food was correct. Good food pour Managment and service. U screw up own it and atleast show ur sorry. I've ordered here before and had issues I should've learned my lesson in the past....
