Do not come here they have probably about 12 employees on the floor of a mostly empty at most times of the day. Not one of those Employees will help you they will in fact avoid you or flatly ignore you. Looks like all the employees are just friends hanging out together and not doing any work. When i went to their "print center" 3 employees behind the counter told me to go use the photocopier when i asked for cardstock prints (photocopier doesnt do this) they gave me a sample book to look at and the completely ignored me after that taking customers that walked in after and making prints for them when i asked why they were taking other customers before me they all got together and acted like i was not even there so i asked for the manager and some other 18 year old boy walks out and says that he would like to take my print order at that point i had been there for over 30 minutes and the manager was laughing with the other employees like they were all in on the joke together. I came there to get 10 color brochure prints made would have take 5 minutes instead i was ignored and laughed at by the employees including the manager on duty. Awful location, many items out of inventory no wonder these location are closing down left and right you would have to be out of your mind to give them...
Read moreThis store is going to go out of business if their customer service doesn’t change soon. I walked in looking to buy some filing cabinets an walked passed one employee playing on his phone while sitting on a chair in the middle of the isle. Multiple customers walked passed him, but apparently is phone was more interesting than actually asking if anyone needed assistance. Another employee walked out from the back of the store while I was looking at the filing cabinets. He didn’t greet me either he just strolled around looking to make sure the office chairs were straight. I went to the file folders and hung out there, directly within the line of sight of the first guy, no response. After a few minutes I walked back to the file cabinets again. The 2nd employee walked passed me, not caring that I was there looking at the file cabinets 10-15minutes. I could’ve asked for some help buying the 2 file cabinets I needed, but I don’t think I should have to, especially when do able bodies are within a few feet away. I could order 2 file cabinets for less on Amazon and receive more help with them. It’s disappointing. I have no doubt the store will be closing its doors permanently...
Read moreThe store is in a great location tucked away on the left yet in the same parking lot as Trader Joes and Nordstrom Rack in Fort Lauderdale. I walked inside and the employees greeted my politely. I looked around, and could not find my item, went back to the front, and they told me where it was specifically. I do think that they might have walked me there as I was the only one in the store. Regardless, they had this hard to find object: transparencies for an overhead projector. I do art projects with it. When I was at the register buying it, a bag of crunchy Cheetos caught my eye and I impulsively grabbed it saying I hadn't had one in years and I used to love them. The cashier laughed and told me he understood. That felt very human and kind so he seemed very likeable. I left feeling good...
