We had a wine event get cancelled last minute and so we found Chez Vincent online. We're so happy we did! The ambiance was spot on (the acoustic guitar player was perfect). We tried the French charcuterie sampler. The French salami was tasty and the fresh ham and duck liver patƩ were excellent. The French butter with salt was outstanding as were the bread selections. However the real star was Vincent himself! He was so patient and helpful. Our palates tend towards new world wines but we wanted to stay with Chez Vincent's theme and go old world. Vincent took the time and asked questions (without judgment) and put us into wines that we really enjoyed. He used to be a wine maker at the iconic Chateau Margaux which even to a French wine novice such myself is really impressive!! Vincent's wife, Claire, who prepared our charcuterie selection was equally warm and guided us through the best way to enjoy it. Sadly I didn't catch the name of our other bartender/winetender but he was excellent as well!! Will we be back? Absolutely!! To the entire team at Chez Vincent... Merci beaucoup!!
PS- Their happy hour from 5-7 with 50% off all glasses of wine (other than bubbles) and 50% off the trio samplers is definitely an...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited Chez Vincent Wine Bar for the first time last week, but it will not be the last time. We were there during their "happy hour" which has wines and some of their charcuterie/cheese plates at 50% off. We tried the French Trio for both the meats and the cheeses, and it was beautifully presented and delicious. We've always been a bit wary of pate, but it was phenomenal. For the wines, we trusted Vincent to make recommendations and he was right on point. During the whole evening (we stayed a while), we were treated like guests at their home. We enjoyed the food, the wine and chatting with Vincent! There was even live music, at the perfect volume - you could hear it perfectly but still could carry out a conversation without having to yell at each other. We can't...
