Too bad you don't have an option to put 0 stars. This place is seriously the worst in customer service, for sure. The staff don't even greet you, they all talk and gossip in front of the customers, play around with each other while making the smoothies as if it were a huge burden on them, and when the smoothie is done, they mumble out the name of the smoothie and you better be paying attention or it'll just sit there while they go back to doing what they were doing. They all have very careless attitudes, rude, and seem like they're just at a school cafeteria handing out food to children. They're EXTREMELY unprofessional. The best part about coming here to write a review, is seeing the actual owner replying back to all these negative comments from months ago, saying that they will improve, etc., when obviously NOTHING has been done to improve customer service or improve anything else about this location. Someone posted a picture of the dude who works there wearing no mask about a month ago, and wrote about how unprofessional he was, and he's still there TODAY, gossiping with his co-worker out loud, not even acknowledging that there are customers in the store, their manager had to tell them to keep it down as there are customers and he just shrugged his shoulder like it didn't matter. I came to the front around 2:30 pm EST and was not greeted by anyone. I waited a few minutes, then called out for service, and nobody came. I was being patient and didn’t call out again until another customer came and it wasn’t just me waiting.

When I called out again, a woman finally came to the front, very nonchalantly, like she’d rather be anywhere else. I ignored the attitude and asked for a Gladiator shake, vanilla. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from Smoothie King, so I didn’t realize I was supposed to choose a fruit option. She asked what type, and I repeated “vanilla.” She asked again, and I said “however it comes.”

At that point it was obvious I didn’t know the options, and basic customer service would’ve been to explain it kindly. Instead, she spoke to me with attitude, as if I was stupid, telling me I had to pick a fruit choice. That was frustrating because I had already been patient with the slow service, and she still acted like I was inconveniencing her.

I left and went to another Smoothie King. If I’m going to pay over $10 for a smoothie I could make at home, the bare minimum is decent customer service. I didn’t come there to be talked down to by a lazy,...
