It is clear to me the reason why they have such a bad rating over here I'm going to get this restaurant at 2 because I know they make really decent coffee but when trying to discuss with the employee the importance of being professional at all times even when you're not being monitored the night supervisor indicate that the information that I was given was okay and she didn't mind me saying what I say but the reason why I'm reviewing else because when I try to explain to the employee on the Shelf this is not her story is what she said so she don't care about who store it is all she cares about is the fact that she's drawing a paycheck and I'll get right to the point don't know that this young lady my name is one meter she does have bad customer service in a bad customer service attitude does it take good advice and she's highly offended with the fact that I was telling her that I think her character was Denise professionalism so I'm going to order my coffee and I'm going to leave this joint it won't stop me from coming back but they never do a secret shop and here she would really get a bad score if that's the attitude she reflected a time shopping for whatever it's worth people take your own discretion the time is currently 3:38 a.m. on a Friday early morning good day.

Read moreThe Indian woman who works at this location during the morning hours (weekdays and on weekends too) is extremely rude. At first, I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought she might have been having a bad day (it happens), but..that is clearly NOT the case! Each time I have gone in and place an order and she is behind the counter? She give me a bad attitude and acts like she can't be bothered to help me. She has gotten my order wrong on several occasions and conveniently "forgotten" to let me know if a donut I order was not available (she refused to change my order to a different type of donut). I have been consistently nice to this individual and each time, I am met with a rude attitude. Which is "odd", because she is always nice to customers in front of me or the customers behind me who place orders. For some reason, she just seems to have a REALLY bad attitude towards me, none of the other staff there acts that way and are actually pretty nice. Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with the Dunkin' Donuts location managed by Courtney. The audacity of selling mini coffee rolls at FULL PRICE, when other locations offer rolls TWICE THE SIZE for the same price, is outrageous. But what's even worse is the arrogant and poor service provided by Courtney herself.
When I brought this to her attention, she became defensive and dismissive, clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. In a shocking display of wastefulness and disrespect, Courtney actually THREW AWAY THE TINY DONUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, rather than offering a reasonable solution or apology. She then processed my credit card refund with an attitude, making the experience even more infuriating.
The lack of transparency and fairness in pricing, combined with the subpar service and blatant disregard for customer concerns, makes this location horrible. Unless you enjoy being overcharged, disrespected, and treated like dirt, stay far away from this Dunkin' Donuts. I'll be taking my business (and my coffee roll cravings lol) elsewhere.
