THEY HAVE ROACHES. LOTS OF ROACHES. We started at the bar got drinks. We ordered wings and while we were waiting a cockroach ran across from the condiment basket the waitress left. I looked around and another ran down the wall where you rest your feet at the bar. I was speechless. She said she never seen roaches before. Against our better judgment we stayed but relocated to the tables. While eating the palest wings Iâve ever seen another roach comes toward us. It took all I had not to run out the door screaming. There's a lot of space where you don't feel like you're crowded.. and on the right side there's like a second bar but it's not the main bar but it's a great place to drink if you want extra quiet. I also must tell you that there's a gentleman in the kitchen I wish I could remember his name and that guy can cook! I don't normally think of neighborhood bars as anything more is bar food, But last week when I ate his red beans and rice with andouille sausage, I couldn't eat it fast enough it was so good.    Read moreI decided to check this place out since it started it had happy hour and the reviews seemed good. It's a pretty spacious place and well layed out and clean. Seems like a local spot with an older crowd. I dont recall people smoking in there which was a plus. They have pool tables spaced out and a few old school games as well. Our bartender was very attentive, sweet and had an awesome attitude. The only compliant was that the happy hour was not very well thought out.1 dollar off beer isnt really anything special. I also have to mention that it doesn't include food, which is very odd....
