Do NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BOOK WITH LVS! I deeply regret sharing my troubling experience with Luxury Vacation Stays, primarily concerning the conduct of the owner, Tristan. Throughout my tenure as both Assistant Property Manager and Operations Manager, I bore witness to Tristan's consistent mistreatment of employees, which included public belittlement and scolding. Despite my diligent efforts to manage invoices, there were persistent issues with non-payment to vendors, including cleaners. Now, despite returning all company property and seeking resolution, I remain unpaid for my services. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, Tristan have avoided addressing the matter. Ive called, texted and sent emails. Ive reached out to her current property manager and husband but nobody has replied or sent payment, Now, I am seeking assistance from an attorney to resolve this situation. It's disheartening to find myself in this situation after dedicating myself to the company 24/7. I strongly caution against engaging with Luxury Vacation Stays due to their disregard for employee welfare and service provider compensation. This is not right and I hope LVS does the right thing. Hopefully the other employee and vendors doesn't have to go through this with Tristan. I have proof of returning ALL of LVS items backs to office and PROOF of several vendors NOT being paid as well and NOT violating LVS contract. Ive reached out SEVERAL time to the owner, and she has not told me why i have NOT been paid or what violations i have committed if any. THIS IS NOT RIGHT and i have proof to submit if google needs it. I look forward to hearing from her claimed attorney and this review will only be removed when paid. I HAVE ALL PROOF. I dont wish to slander company's name. i want to know what the claimed violation that i have committed was, and why I am not paid for working.

Update 5/14 I still haven't heard from any attorney like the owner Tristan said i would, and I STILL don't know what the violation that Tristan claimed and why she is not paying me. If I violated or did something wrong, I have the right to know what that is. She is still not able to tell me or her lawyer as there were NO VIOLATION to contract. Luxury Vacation Stays (LVS) made our family vacation stay wonderful and amazing at Villa Carlotta! My main goal was to find a reputable company that could fulfill my every want and need. I wanted a home that was not only nice but just as luxurious and spacious as my current home. I was connected with Tristan who helped me find the most perfect home for my family’s vacation needs. Tristan was very helpful and informative. She went above and beyond to ensure I was going to have the best vacation stay with my family. She was always open and very readily to answer any questions or any concerns I had about my upcoming stay. When we arrived for check-in, I was kindly greeted by Tristan, who toured me through the entire home and went over every single detail. The home was beautiful and breathtaking just as the photos and bio were on their website. The home was equipped with everything our family wanted and needed just like we were at our own home. The home was brand new so it did have a few hiccups, but NOT to the fault/error of the LVS management company. Tristan and the entire Luxury Vacation Stays management team were immediately responsive and took care of any issues or concerns that I had with the home. I was relieved knowing I had 24/7 access with LVS if I were to have any more concerns or issues throughout my stay. I am so thankful that the Luxury Vacation Stays team wanted to ensure that this was going to be a vacation to remember for my family, and it truly was. From the location to the property manager to the house itself, everything about this place was fabulous! We are locals and booked this property for a staycation. We know the area well and I cannot say enough how great of a location it is in. This house sits on a lovely culdesac just a short walk to the beach and the very quaint downtown area. It is also just a short drive to many excellent dining locations and shopping. The property management team is superior. They were always available, easy to communicate with, and beyond accommodating. The property manager met us at the house, showed us around and how to work everything from the pool to the sound system. She took her time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. She also responded immediately to every call and text we sent. They truly embody their name, Luxury Vacation Stays. Last but not least, the house was beautiful, clean and sooooo comfortable. The house is open, light and airy. The sliders that line the back of the house bring the outside in. It feels like a true tropical paradise. They truly thought of every and anything you could possibly need while on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were toys and games for kids, bikes for all ages, paddle boards, etc…You name it they had it. The backyard and pool area are gorgeous and sit right on the Intercoastal. There are many different areas to lounge, a tiki bar and even a large dining area by the water to eat outside with friends and family.
