The staff is mostly kind but two young employees need to learn some basic social etiquette and how to describe their products better. My first purchase there was a drink that was supposed to be taken in slowly over an hour, but I didn’t know this and drank it like an iced tea. I felt unwell, even dizzy and was really glad I was walking and didn’t drive off somewhere. Literally a dangerous situation… I also needed a bathroom soon after and someone was in there, sending me a bit desperate to the bathroom next door. Luckily, they know me in that restaurant and the waiter even sat me down with a sample of soup since I’d also had that drink on an empty stomach. Twice I was in there and was ignored by female staff. This also happens in gyms (I’m suffering my third location in FTL). So long on the road, with so many losses, struggles and things stolen… being alone adds to how hard core my challenges are. I’m just an educated artist but I can’t do just any work because of injury and chronic illness. If they have the privilege of being able to work… stand long hours and lift five gallon containers… if you work in customer service… SERVE THE CUSTOMERS EQUALLY. Update: I very carefully described the drink I wanted… that wouldn’t affect me, have me running to the bathroom and AGAIN. I was given a green tea that was actually the same stuff. The high… the queeziness… (?) And I needed to meet someone in 30...

I used to come to this place a long time ago, and to be honest, it was just okay. The staff back then lacked professionalism and, at times, even seemed intoxicated. The overall vibe was strange, and the crowd wasn't exactly welcoming.

But wow, what a complete turnaround! The atmosphere now is so much more relaxed, comfortable, and visually improved. Major shoutout to Jah and (I believe his name was) Jacup. They were both truly wonderful and handsome too! Jah was incredibly inviting and patient, had great conversation, and really knew his stuff when it came to the drink options. He made my friends and me a phenomenal drink that we're still talking about. Jacup was polite, chill, and added to the overall great vibe.
