This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life, and trust me I am usually not one to get mad at employees as I’ve worked a service job for 6 years of my life. The person at the register was nice however the two other employees treated us horrible. When we got there, we were the only ones in the line and we ordered 3 simple drinks. We waited 15 minutes while the workers continued to ignore our order and make other drinks that nobody even ordered. Then we finally kindly asked them where are drinks were and showed them our receipt as a line began accumulating and they were helping other customers before us. It took 30 minutes to finally get our drinks, and in the meantime the workers were absolutely horrible to us. I handed them our receipt so they could see what we ordered and the woman took it from me and crumpled it up. Then I told the man again, so sorry but you are helping everyone else with their lost drinks and ours still aren’t here yet. Eventually she made my 21 year old friend have a panic attack because of how hostile she was being. I wish so badly I could’ve spoken to a manager because of how poorly it was running and how awful they were treating us. I would NEVER go back here and never recommend it. Read moreI see a specialist/doctor at the Broward Hospital. After my Dr. Apt. I went downstairs to Starbucks. I never go to Starbucks except when I am at the hospital. I saw they had some new (to me) bagel puff things with cream cheese stuffed inside. They looked delicious but the sign said they were out or something like that. I wasn't sure if it meant a flavor was out or all of them, to me the sign was confusing. I asked a caucasian male working behind the counter and he snapped at me: "No, we're not out, that's not what the sign says! Just that flavor!" (wow) Okay, I'll have two I say.. "Two orders?" (with attitude), Me: No, just one order with the two bagels. The guy rolls his eyes like I'm stupid. I didn't realize it came with two I don't frequent Starbucks often and I just came from a Dr.'s apt, was a bit frazzled, didn't need to be spoken to like that when I'm just trying to get a snack. After I ask for a dollar for my change because I needed to tip valet and was low on cash, got another eye roll. The whole experience was awful. I never complain about servers/cashiers because I know how hard that job is dealing with the public but this man was just so mean and nasty I needed to say something. Read moreI felt belittled by the staff tonight. I had a coupon for a free drink. The staff member at the register said I bet you want the big one because it's free. I was taking back by the comment. I laughed it off. However, as I was working away he started out loud your free drink will be ready at the end. It took every part of me not to be rude. Now once I go to pick up my drink he put it in a medium sized Grande. I stated to this staff member that it was supposed to be the Venti. He tells me that he wouldhave to charge me the difference. I was explaining to him I used a coupon for a free drink. He rolls his eyes and then the other staff member states oh I put for the Venti the system must have changed it. Then he gets a Venti cup pour the drink inside add a shot of sweetener abd more ice. My drink don't even taste right. I get this drink all the time.
