We always go to this subway because its the only other option besides Starbucks and the Cafeteria. My mother is in the ICU so we have no choice but to either pack out lunch or come here. We placed an online order and we went in as we always do to grab our chips and drink. I donât know who this lady is but we generally get along with all of the staff no issues. She always is very quick to run in the back if people come in to get food and leave the other staff to assist people. I guess someone pissed in her coffee this morning but she was very rude and disrespectful to not only me but my family. Every time we go in this establishment we spent well over 30$. This lady was mumbling under her breath and being very rude. She was upset that we were standing there, mostly on our phones and slightly watching her make our sandwichâs. Its almost like that isn't apart of your job the way she was being disrespectful. She had red poorly dyed hair and she was about 5â0 tall. Very disrespectful. She definitely needs some more training especially if the rest of the staff never has an issue with us. This really deterred us from ever going back here. The rest of the staff is fantastic and this is not towards them and they always make fantastic sandwiches and its always very clean inside of the establishment.    Read moreThis subway is by far the worst subway that I have EVER been to. I have gone a total of 2 times, both times I was attended by an overweight black woman who gave me an ugly look every single time, and attended me with a frown and bad attitude. I honestly don't know what her problem is.
The first time that I went there she burned my foot-long sandwich's bread. I let it pass because I thought she was just new.
The second time she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said "yes please". She then put it inside the toaster and proceeded to start the next customer, after the toaster started to beep because it was done, she continued with the new customer, finished their sub which took an eternity, then cashed them out. After having my sub in the toaster for a while past the beeping, she asked me what else I wanted in a rude manner, and after finishing the sub she made me wait at the cashier while she started and finished a whole new sub for a new customer.
I was the first customer in line, and I ended up leaving about the same time as the 3rd customer. She made me wait on purpose and it was obvious because whenever she spoke to me she was rude and had a frown, but when she spoke with the other customers she was all smiles.
This last encounter happened around 6:30 PM on 10/31/2016
This will be the last time I go to this subway. The brand is great, this employee makes me want to go eat...
   Read moreWhat happened to $5 foot long or hell even a $10 foot long. At $15 I can go anywhere and get waited on. On top of that is location has lost its mind. No parking when you finally walk over from a neighboring restaurant you have to cover your ears due to homeless alarm blaring out front at noon on a weekday (only restaurant/bar/gas station on this side of town with one). Walking in staff looks at you like it offends them that you came there for a sandwich. After waiting for someone that must be paid a lot at $15 a sandwich (try lespadas for cheeper bigger sandwiches around the corner) The lady who was sweeping the e floors came to help me. Put her hands on the counter without gloves asked me what I want for food. I ask if sheâs going to wash her hands and she looks at me like I said something about her mom and said âhuhâ. Are you GOINNA wash your hands. As they are still on the counter. She just walks away. TLDR go to lespadas for good subs, go to subway for $15...
