Subway — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

The customer service is awful. I walked in with my son and no one acknowledged that we were there. Seconds later a customer that they knew walked in - he was welcomed and the last comment they said was we know he’s not going to buy anything. There are 3 people in the front but only one serving customers. A guy and girl are arguing over the trash and whether or not you should sweep before you take out the trash. One lady is taking her time cleaning empty bins meanwhile the bins with the lettuce and other fixings looks a mess. To the point where I had to request non withered lettuce. Another guy comes in so now the one lady is making 3 sandwiches at the same time - she’s now confused. I glanced back and there are other workers in the back standing around doing nothing. We grabbed our food and left, we didn’t even bother to eat there. We ubered back to the hotel. In Houston the Subway we got to is run by one guy and he could run circles around...

If I can give this place a lower score, I would. The server is rude and was rushing me to make my sandwich and I asked for ham and turkey but u gave me ham only. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. THE MANAGER IS JUST AS BAD AS THE STAFF. I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE A COMBO AND INCLUDE COOKIES WITH MY MEAL UNTIL I SAW A CELL PHONE SITTING ON THE BOTTOM RACK OF THE COOKIE DISPLAY TRAY! YES!
