Re: no record of me being there — I have my credit card receipt, I visited on Nov 13 around 1pm. I got the cali Turkey wrap with salad.

Food is a 2 because it’s not great, not terrible. My wrap was super dry and without much flavor. That’s personal preference but there is some big competition for great food in the area and this isn’t up there.

Service is a 1 because I called in my order and the woman was abrasive. Then I picked up my order and she was again rude during that experience. The owner’s response just underlined that, yikes

Coty catered Italian for my wedding to serve 60-80 guests. Appetizers and dinner. Meatballs, caprese skewers, chicken marsala, baked ziti, eggplant rolitini, side salads and plain pasta for the kids. Everything was delicious! The servers were amazing, everything exceeded my expectations. Everything was so hectic before the wedding that coty reached out to me and checked to make sure everything was right and go over the schedule for when to bring the food and when to serve. I used to order food there all the time. Service was never great before, specially during busy hours but that is understandable. I used to like the Acai bowl, but the one I had today was the worst ever. Less than 1/5 of the cup was actually acai, and it was frozen and flavorless. The remaining space of the cup was filed with a few strawberry slices, but mostly granola and crated coconut. They used to serve 3 times the amount of Acai and also add banana and honey on their bowl. I am not going back there.

UPDATE: The owner of the business got in touch with me after the review and he made everything in his power to make it right, from having a staff meeting reviewing serving procedures to contacting his supplier to get the açaí with a smooth texture, like they used to deliver before.
