The bagels are great... when you actually get them. We have already had 5 orders completely missing items.

FIRST time our parfait was missing. It could not be delivered so it was refunded. Manager I spoke to said his name was "Spider".

SECOND time a bagel sandwich, a plain bagel, and a bag of chips were missing. We were told we had to leave work and come pick it up. No apologies.

THIRD time a bagel with cream cheese was missing from our order. Again, they would not deliver even though they forgot to put it in the bag. We had to leave work to get it. Again no apologies.

FOURTH time another bagel with cream cheese was missing and several of our bagels were not toasted as requested. We once again had to leave work to get it because we were told they couldn't deliver again. The manager on staff told my colleague, "Next time don't order during peak hours!" Rude. No apology.

FIFTH time was just yesterday 11/15 and we had yet another bagel with cream cheese missing. Spoke to the manager Corbin about a refund. Was told I have to go through Uber Eats.

Update 11/22 - Ordered again today. This is now the SIXTH time they messed up our order. Smaller order than normal. Only 4 bagels. FOUR. It arrived and one bagel was missing. Another was not toasted as requested. And another was supposed to have truffle cream cheese which cost more and it had regular cream cheese on it. Obviously someone on staff is not checking orders before closing the bag. Waited on the phone for over 15 minutes to try to speak to a manager. No one got back to me.

Inconsistent and will never actually fix the problem. Several times we even called in advance, said the name for the order, and asked that it was double checked before putting out of the driver. Nope....

After attempting to go here on a weekend and it being insanely packed, I placed an order in the off hours and when I had called during business hours to verify they received my order, the woman that answered the phone acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that I had called. She had responded to my question with a “yeah? What about it?” In an extremely rude tone. Once we got off the phone, I had received another call from the store letting me know they were out of the cream cheese I had ordered, again no “I’m so sorry” or anything. It was a “what do you want?” As I was on my phone I could not see the other cream cheese flavors, I had asked what else they had that I could substitute. She responded with “we have a ton of other kinds.” Leaving me to ask “okay and those kinds are??” She got extremely irritated and started to list them. Nothing like calling a customer for something you don’t have and acting like I’M the one who is inconveniencing you! After I had told her which one I wanted she then said “okay” and hung up on me. Now once I arrived on site, they were kind of busy, but I saw my order up front, I got my bag of food shoved at me and luckily my drinks were handed over fine. Once I got home, my coffee was FULL of grounds, to the point that I couldn’t even try to drink it. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. The bagels were right, but they still gave me the wrong cream cheese flavor. So overall. Food is okay, don’t order coffee, and try to NOT inconvenience the staff who chooses...

I grab a bagel with cream cheese toasted. Simple order, get home and open up a black burnt bagel with cream cheese. Cool I go back to return it and have them remake it for me, they dont even open up the bagel to see it was burnt they just take my word and remade it and I went on my way. I get home and its beautifully toasted but instead of plain cream cheese its scallion cream cheese. Cool that's not what I ordered let me go back to the shop and let them know. I enter the shop with a grand smile and the guy that helped me twice before RAISES HIS VOICE IN FRUSTRATION "MAN WHATS THE PROBLEM NOW???? WHAT?" ....... are you kidding me? No damn way im being spoken to like that for your errors. I explain "the bagel is beautiful toasted to perfection you guys just put onion cream cheese instead of plain......" the man immediately notices hes at fault for reacting like that but instead of apologizing he bribes me with 3 extra bagels and a pint of cream cheese to make up for his incredibly inappropriate outburst..... I will not expect your bribe and everyone needs to know about how horrible I was treated at this bagel place. Bunch of scoundrels running that kitchen, I will never be purchasing a bagel from bagel 'scream at you for existing' co, again, respectfully. :/ no reply under this from bagel co will be enough, I dont want an apology now, im just gonna remind you of this day with my review that will...
