Subway — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I ordered the boss a Meatball with pepperoni, six inch, but I noticed the bread was probably four inches when the guy started making it, so I said to him. Can you please cut me another half because that doesn't look like it's six inches, so he proceeded to get another bread. He cut it about the same size as the first bread I had, and he took the big side and put it on the rack, and I was like, wow so when he made the sandwich, he put 3 pepperoni slices then the meatballs all bunched up in a group and I askef Can you please spread the meatballs across the whole sandwich? And he added provolone cheese and didn't ask what cheese I wanted. Just put the cheese that he decided to put. Even though it was the right cheese, he should have asked me first! So I added spinach and bell peppers and parmesan cheese to top it off. The price was steep, much higher than the other subways. I end up paying over $9 for this sandwich. I knew I should have went to wendy's, which was right on the outskirts of the plaza where...

Usually I have a great experience at this subway I frequent their quite often for lunch, but today 5/15 about 10:35 am I came in and was completely ignored. Not that I need acknowledgment when I walk into the door of a subway. But the person supposed to be making my sandwich when i walk in line completely skips over me to deal with a lady that walked in the door after me. After he serves her i have a slight perturbed look on my face but i don’t say anything. When its finally my turn the gentleman looks at me and tells me to wait. Starts to unload bread onto the rack. At this point im somewhat annoyed i dont know if he can tell. While im waiting for this gentleman to make my sandwich as he is loading up the bread the SAME lady that skipped me in line walks back to get some more food. He then drops everything he is doing to attend to the lady. The server was very rude, the service on this particular day was horrible i dont know if ill be visiting this...

Not only when I walked did the staff stare at me for an uncomfortable time, they proceeded to ignore me while I waited to place an order. I stood for probably 5 minutes, slowly realizing how bad of a decision this was becoming. Finally, she's coming. Didn't speak a damn bit of English, when I asked for yellow egg she literally looked like she just watched me punt a 9 month old baby, a mix of confusion and hate. I don't know what yellow egg ever did to her, but what I do know is it was life changing. Anyways, I asked for my sandwich to be heated. She proceeded to remove the egg from the sandwich, and only heat that. Leaving my sandwich on the counter without anything between it and the poorly cleaned table. Ahhhh, leaving. Sandwich was cold. Ice cold. I sat through that entire terrible experience for an ice old (somehow soggy?) bacon egg and cheese on flatbread sandwich... Still...
