Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I normally don't order from this location because something always gets missed with my order but this last time I order from them takes the cake! I placed a delivery order (since me and my husband had been driving all day we really didn't want to go back out) everything seemed good until I got the order. I received less then half of what I ordered, couldn't reach the delivery guy and the stores wouldn't answer. So I drove down to received the rest of my order. The lady at the speaker was nice and more then happy to give me what I was missing, the manager on the other hand was not so accommodating. She questioned me about my delivery time which I get but then proceeded to give me attitude when I told her what had happened. I explained everything and brought all the items plus that I received plus the receipt. She's done. Proceeded to scream at her employees and he had some pretty nasty things directed towards me loud enough to where I could hear off of window. When my food was ready, She practically to wear it out window at me. And on top of all that they still got my order wrong! I know I probably shouldn't have ordered there since usually my order gets messed up but I didn't realize what store I was ordering from until after I place the order. decided to check out what the baconator sandwich was about. it was hyped up big time.

I got to the Wendy's and ordered the sandwich. I was shocked when the price came out to be 7 dollars. the person on the speaker assured me it is a serious sandwich with a lot of good things, and worthwhile!

I was very happy to hear this.

I was told it has 6 pieces of bacon.

upon getting the sandwich, I drove away, and a few blocks later I opened it up. the picture I posted is what I got.

there were 6 bacon fragments, if you took them together and aligned them in order, barely get one piece of actual bacon.

this was extremely disappointing and I felt that I had been duped! swindled! ripped off!

it was essentially two 1/4 patties with cheese and one piece of bacon. I would rather have just ordered the patties on their own.

the drive through was packed when I left and the lobby was closed, there was nothing I could do within a reasonable amount of time, so I had to take the loss and move on. the burger was actually tasty, but the punch in the gut...

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Every time I come here, there’s ALWAYS an issue! From terrible customer and worst of all never has what I want. But this time I’ve had it. I ordered a salad at the drive thru. Ok. Get to window. Pay and receive food, look in my bag, no salad and my 6 piece nuggets were 5. Are you kidding me? Y’all can’t count nuggets correctly. Usually, if they didn’t have it, they’d say something. Oh no, not this time. Not at the drive Thru and not at the window. I come back around and tell the lady at the window and she goes on saying we don’t have salad that’s why we didn’t charge you. More like you should have told me, so I can pick an alternative order. But no, I was lead on to believe I would receiving my salad. Unfortunately there’s not many Wendy’s close by but man this one takes the cake for the worst restaurant/fast food service I ever experienced every time I try to give them a chance in a blue moon.
