All I have to say is one person had to ruin an experience for everyone which was very unprofessional and saying slick comments and should be fired cause it’s not the environment to be around. A black guy by the door and he’s being security a Friday night doesn’t know how to read a real ID and gave my BF a hard time to get in and when I tired to speak to him and he would say slick comments talking about about you don’t have to come in which is unprofessional. My bf got pulled aside and got verified by a machine and got proven wrong by everyone that he is old enough to get in….Once we he leaves the building the man that gave my BF a hard time decides to scream to my BF out loud to get a better ID I think he needs a another job that lets him act like that cause as a grown man that’s extremely childish and unprofessional and we have never had this experience when we come come here til this one time with this one guy gave him a hard time and I spoke to one of the guys saying it’s not right and unprofessional and explaining the situations I really hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else that comes and visit extremely...

Let me start my saying this, I'm born and raised in downtown Ft Myers nearly 45 years. Working on the public service for my entire career. I have over 11 million views for my google reviews around the world with many trusted followers. This place is Great!! Environment is outstanding, staff is very helpful, respectful, courteous and that makes the establishment a great place to hang out and enjoy the night. Leo is a great bartender and is very respectful, Matt does a great job of making sure the establishment maintains a friendly, positive atmosphere! All the staff that I have encountered here has been amazing!! I used to love this lounge, but after my recent experience, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again, let alone bring any of my clients here. As someone who works in events, professionalism is everything, and what I experienced was the complete opposite.

The staff was beyond hostile, completely out of line, and downright aggressive. I was attending a friend’s birthday, minding my own business, when I was confronted in an unprofessional, almost threatening manner—for absolutely no reason. It was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe in a place that used to feel welcoming.

If this is how they treat their guests, I can’t imagine how they handle actual business. I refuse to support a venue that thinks this level of unprofessionalism is okay. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects...
