Downtown Ft Myers historic district — Attraction in Fort Myers

I live in Naples and I visit Fort Myers for the record stores. I'll occasionally get lunch at one of the restaurants. I've been here a number of times on a weekday with no complaints regarding traffic or parking. You can either park on the street or in a parking garage.

The parking meters on the streets were replaced with a central payment system. My only gripe with the city is the signage at the parking spaces implies you must pay through an app when in fact there are pay stations in each zone that accept coins.

The downtown area of Fort Myers IS historic and it is beautiful and a great many people have been revitalizing the district forAMY years and with great effort and there are 100's of improvements and things to be grateful about.
