Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

I ordered my food online. An hour later my food still hadn’t arrived. I call door dash the driver informs me that my food still wasn’t ready. I then proceed to call the store, and they haven’t even started to work on my order. I had to cancel my door dash order and go to the store to get my food made. When I arrived there were at least five other customers that were waiting and complaining about how they have had to wait an hour or more for their food to be made. They had at least 10 employees on staff and almost an empty lobby. It was 8pm on a Thursday night so there was no excuse for it to take an hour or longer to make food when the food is already prepared. I had Three entrees and a cheese dip with chips (which were stale) I paid 75.00 for the entire order (one was made incorrectly when I arrived home I noticed it but was so over the place and issue that I just threw it away) I had to wait over an hour, I had to go get my food which was inconvenient bc I had small kids I had to get out. First and last time that I will ever eat at chipotle! Worst experience I’ve had with fast food. I would not recommend this...

I wanted to order the new LifeStyle bowl, the high protein bowl, and the young lady said she didn’t know what that was. I proceeded to tell her it was a chicken bowl and she said ok what do you want on it. I proceeded to tell her everything and then when we got to the meats she only put one spoon of chicken on and I told her the protein bowl comes with 2 spoons of chicken. She said that she would have to get with her manager. I showed the employee and manager and the manager said that it was going to be more than what was showing on the app and that it wouldn’t mattered if I ordered through the app or in store that it would be more than the $12.05 that was stated on the app. So, I just went with the one scoop thinking that I was going to pay $12 for one scoop. Then a younger lady was ringing up the order and couldn’t hardly understand her because she was mumbling. I told her that I had 4 gifts cards that I needed to scan to pay for my meal. I’ve eaten Chipotle for years. I used to eat it almost daily out in California while I was stationed there. I’ve been a big Chipotle fan for a long time. BUT… I’ve never ever had to throw away a burrito after only a couple bites until I came here. I couldn’t taste anything other than salt. Got a burrito with brown rice, black beans, chicken, cilantro-corn, queso, guacamole, peppers, and salsa. I know my tastebuds are fine. I tried muscling through but after five bites it was apparent the whole thing was bathed in excessive amounts of salt. I literally couldn’t taste a single ingredient other than salt. I was polite and asked if everything here is always this salty and the manager said not only is everything here always this salty, but she believes that other Chipotles aren’t salting their food enough, and she simply follows the recipe cards.
