Will never go here again, we got our ice cream and immediately noticed that nobody was wearing gloves and touching everything without washing hands or even hand sanitizer. By everything I mean trash bags, dropping rags on the dirty floor and using said rag to “clean utensils” and by cleaning the would simply wipe it down with dirty water that they put there dirty hands in. Not to mention they would come in contact with the ice cream like it’s on their hands, we sat and observed and they would touch all over there selves and still not washing hands. Not sure what’s up because they are normally pretty good but we paid $28.92 for 2 large shakes and 1 small shake. Almost $10 per shake for 2 of them to be all foam. Mine was good but the 2 chocolate shakes were nothing but froth. They ended up charging us for 3 large but we received 2 large and one small, which is what we ordered. We sat in the drive thru for 20 min waiting on my shake. My daughter and husband were done with theirs before they handed me mine. If you pay almost $10 per shake they need to be worth their price.
