I waited in the drive-thru line to order for 40 minutes. And that was with no cars in line anymore because the two in front of me left because they were tired of waiting. The ordering also took forever and then when I got to the window the girl asked me what I had just ordered despite the fact that she was the one who made them.. says she forgot what she had just made. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted guacamole on my wrap and I said yes because it comes with it and she said she had forgotten. She then said she could put it on the side for me which was fine. When I got home the southwest steak wrap I ordered, only had steak with very little sauce, jalapeños and banana peppers. I asked for jalapeños and banana peppers to be added to the rest of the wrap. It is supposed to have cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, green peppers, guacamole, jalapeños and southwest sauce. It is basically just steak on the entire wrap. Then the sweet onion teriyaki chicken footling I ordered for my boyfriend had soooooo much sweet onion teriyaki sauce that the sandwich was drenched and soggy when he was eating it. Read moreUsually I have good service going through the drive thru.. but today my family and I went in and the service was terrible. The manager was fine,but the other worker was AWFUL. His attitude was poor! You could tell he was making the staff uncomfortable. He started to make my sandwich and I asked for steak and egg and he forgot the egg.. told him I needed the steak and egg and he literally just cut the egg whites in half and slapped them on top of the steak making it difficult for the manager to finish a neat sandwich. Also the worker was making another sandwich for someone in the drive thru and slid my sandwich to the checkout when the manager was not finished with my sandwich. He then proceeded to cut the sandwich on half and threw with force the dirty knife back into the clean knives right where I was standing.. he also seemed to make the manager on that shift uncomfortable by asking him “you alright” with an attitude like he was annoyed. I advise this man be looked over and reconsidered as an employee at this location... terrible customer service from this man. However, I will have to give them a 1 star for my experience on 5/21/2021. I sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on someone to speak through the speaker. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because there was a sign on the drive thru saying they were short staffed and appreciated the patience. However, there was no one in line in front of me, and very few cars in the parking lot implying it was not busy in the dining area. When no one addressed me, even after I had asked out loud if anyone was there, I drove around to the window. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter! That does not sound very short staffed. I waved at the employees inside from the window several times, and one employee turned to look at me, but no one came to serve the drive thru. Needless to say, I took my business to the Zaxby's down the street. Very poor...
