I'm giving 3 stars because as far as my coffee and food goes, it's always good. However, they need to work on their service. I'm not mad, I just wanted to share the story from my visit because it was hilarious to me. I've worked in the industry before, and if I was a district manager, I would want to know about this.
I went in on a Wednesday, ordered a black large midnight coffee, and my son a chocolate milk. I told her a small. She said they don't come like that, they come in bottles. I said we'll that's even better. I get up there and I waited like 10 minutes. Come to find out it was because I was waiting on somebody different than whoever took my order to make my son a chocolate milk with mocha drizzle and milk. (Which is disgusting, Starbucks did that for me when they ran out and I never did it again). So I looked at her when she handed it to me and I said, "I thought they were bottled?" She said they are out. I said "well the other girl said yall had them, and im not trying to be rude, but i paid for a bottle chocolate milk, so we're going to have to figure out what we can do about this." So she disappears again for 5 minutes, and comes back with a chocolate milk. Ok, great, I'm happy, i laughed about it and went about my day. (Fastforward 2 days)- I come back again today, the following Friday. I'm ordering my stuff. The same thing plus some food. She tells me they are out of the chocolate milk. I said are you sure? And I explain to her the situation from the other day. She says, "well, we should have them, We JuSt GoT a TrUcK iN YeStErDaY" 😅😅 I'm like, so you're not going to sell me something because that would require somebody to go looking for it. Because apparently nobody has stocked after the truck run. Lol I'm not giving names. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble. But yall need to work on...
Read moreThe epitome of the dysfunctional Gen -Z group found at this location tonight. I was the fourth car back, and it took 17 minutes to get to the window. The window attendant stated exactly my order of one coffee. Handed it to me, and it was totally wrong. I stated that a person should find the janitor and snag the broom. More fitting for their training and life goals. This seems to be the norm at this location lately. SO I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND WENT TO SCOOTERS. EXCELENT COFFEE WITH AN ATTENDANT THAT WAS COHERENT also personable. So, if you want doughnuts, they do not make there or croissants they do not make there or sandwiches they only heat up, Coffee orders, they keep getting wrong along with ultra poor service with no accountability. This is your place. But if you want the opposing experience of quality in all aspects of service, Go to Scooters, Sips, The Mean Mug, or even Panera Bread. Money and time well spent. Stay clear of Five Bucks, though. Whole other story for...
Read moreNo matter what time of day I go to get a drink. I always get bad service. Whoever is supposed to be at register is not only trying to do register but also drive thru and make drinks all at the same time. So not only do I always wait inside for 15 minutes before I can have my order even taken. Then another 15 or more minutes to get my drinks. I understand if your short staffed why it will take so long. But they were doing drive thru orders first that came after my order before mine? Now that is what upsets me. And it’s only the Fort Oglethorpe location. I’ve tried and tried to give this location chances but it always end up with a bad experience. And to top it off my sweet tea is old . Taste like it’s been sitting for days. Didn’t even bother telling them bc I knew I didn’t want to deal with it. East Ridge Dunkin’ location has been much better since I started going there instead. All I ask is the Fort Oglethorpe location gets better otherwise i do not suggest going to...
