What a terrible Mcdonalds. I have been treated rudely, my daughter's order is almost always wrong, and 50% of the time we can't buy a medium iced tea. Why? Because they want to sell us a LARGE iced tea. Last night I requested the "extra pickles" I always request on my daughter's hamburger. The woman at the drive-through entered "Only pickle." I reminded her that it should be EXTRA pickle. In a very snotty tone she replied, "That's why I put 'Ask Me'..." And then when the burger came, there were no extra pickles! This McDonald's says, "We don't have medium sweet tea." Yet, medium sweet tea is on the menu.
Some of my other stellar experiences with this McDonald's have been: burger bun as hard as a rock on the edge, wrong salad, no salad dressing or eating utensils, wrong order completely, being handed a drink with the lid not on completely, and when it spilled on me the clerk sighed in an exasperated way and was put out that I requested some napkins to clean myself up, Then there was the day that I ordered a breakfast sandwich for my daughter and made it clear that she is allergic to eggs and that it should be made without egg. The sandwich came with egg on it. I gave it back and explained again that my daughter is allergic to eggs, the woman took the sandwich back and two or three minutes later handed me the same sandwich with the egg removed - however there were still bits of egg white on the muffin. I explained again, that my daughter is ALLERGIC to eggs and will end up in the ER if she eats something that has egg in it. Once again, I got the SAME sandwich back. I explained "cross-contamination" and "anaphylaxis" and left without a refund or a sandwich. The only worse McDonalds is in Orangeburg, SC. That...

I think it really speaks volumes about the leadership of this particular establishment that they charged my an extra $1 to not get ice in my drink. I can understand a few to 25 cents for this because you receive more actual product, but I feel like a whole dollar is completely out of line.
I won't even get into the fact that the current store manager, Jessica Blevins, slept with her superior to receive the position she's in. Not to mention the fact that she's almost never in the actual store, and is in the off-site office drinking on the job. Also, I have heard from a reputable source about the sheer amount of race, homophobic, and ableist discrimination that factors into the hiring and staffing process at this establishment. All directed from the current, acting store manager.
The food and service is fine, but I refuse to spend any more of my money at a place that allows this kind of unprofessionalism to go on. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere...
Read morei strongly dislike fort payne mc donalds. i went through the drive thru for one item, a dr pepper and when i got to back cash the lady asked me if i had a coke zero, i said no, dr pepper. she said ok and changed it to dr pepper, and it says dr pepper on the receipt, yet they gave me coke zero? odd how you cant get one item right. a lot of the employees are rude as well, ive never had an issue from morning shift but afternoon/evening when the high schoolers come in is a different story. for one instance i asked for extra ranch and said i would pay for it because it is not a big deal, i mean its 25c who cares?? the little girl told me no, and proceeded to not give me the rest of my order so i just drove off because there is no point in wasting my time arguing with immature people who are incompetent of even doing their job. i have worked fast food so i know it can be stressful however getting a one item order wrong when its basically empty at...
