Five Guys — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Oh boy... I already think their food is overpriced and mediocre, but I was Door Dashing, so its not my choice. And the environment was hostile. There's no other way to put it. You could feel the indifference/ hatred pouring off the grill cook and the fry cook towards the manager in Training. Grill cook would just walk away from food cooking, and the fry cook was outright arguing with the manager about something. I only came in for a door dash order that was supposed to be made by the time I got there, and there were still 4 orders to be put out before they even got to mine. Took an extra 15 minutes just to get my order, and in the end the grill cook ended up finishing making the burger while the fry cook argued with the manager. I definitely warned the customer I delivered to of the wait and advised them not to order from here for a while until this gets...

Five Guys is hands-down my favorite place to get a burger. Several years ago, I had my first Five Guys burger in Springfield, MO. It was amazing. The interior had a great atmosphere and looked great. Their awards & reviews were all over the walls. Not long after I got back home to Fort Smith, AR, I was delighted to hear that a Five Guys franchise would be opening where I lived. This location is just as great as every other location I’ve eaten at. I know this is a lengthy review, but I guess I could be described as a fanatic. One of the cool things is that ALL toppings (other than the cheese if you want it) are free. You can have 0 or 15 for the same price. My first low review I've ever given. The cashier was kind and helpful in taking my order. The restaurant was loud with music, fryers, and talking. I am on a road trip, so I was routing my maps while I waited for an order. They called out a number that I couldn't hear the first time, but didn't put a bag out so I couldn't see which one it was. They had to call it out again over the noise then I went up to check to see if it was mine. Took my bag then the older woman behind the counter yelled so the whole restaurant could hear that "we shouldn't take their order if they're on their phones in here." So appalled that she didn't even wait the thirty seconds until I walked out to yell that. Worst service and blatant rudeness I've ever gotten in years of Arkansas southern...
