Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Went inside to order and the place was nasty. I normally don't care bout that stuff but when there is ketchup smeared everywhere, nobody in the restaurant, and ppl just standing doing nothing then that's when I wonder why they don't just clean up a bit?? Not only that but when the lady didn't make my food To-go even though I told her to. it's not a big deal, but how do u mess that up when you only had one customer? (She was not doing the drive in at all she was just doing the in store orders and we were the only ones there so idk maybe she was new) but then when I actually got home with my food the fries were like half greasy half raw potato?? We had to put them in the airfrier just to eat them. I normally love wendys, but all of the food was un-eatable besides the chicken nuggets.

Adding to this review because I just went in to get a crabby patty meal, (it looked awesome i freaking love sponge bob) the food was actually good this time, which is nice cause I was starving, but they messed up my food so I called and got it fixed, everything was fine until My boyfriend showed up to get My fixed food. They were rude to him for no reason??? Like yeah I get it, you had to fix some food we have to do this all the time where I work..but why did my boyfriend come to me and tell me that you guys were being rude to him, saying "what do you want." Saying "what do you want" as a MANAGER? That is VERY unprofessional. I work at a restaurant and so does he, and if we ever got caught doing something like that without reason, we would not be able to keep working there. Wth guys, get...

Manager was rude the store manager also the assistant manager was rude as well all I wanted was a baked potato for me and my mom and some tea for her in water for me they were so rude out of everything even ice in the machine it was ridiculous. All you could hear was the employees in the background joking around they weren't wearing the proper attire to keep hair out of the food I would not recommend this Wendy's if you're going to eat at Wendy's eat at the Wendy's in Van Buren Arkansas or the one on Zero Street in Fort Smith Samantha Ferguson is the store manager there and she is amazing I used to work for her she does everything in her power to keep her customers happy especially Irregulars and there's always a positive atmosphere when she's there and she keeps her restaurants extremely clean and she enforces the dress code. Really awesome experience there this evening. Went through the drive thru and was placing my order. Saw a cat and made mention of it to the young lady, when I was told by the manager on the comm that I could take him home. I was given some good recommendations on my food and drink choices, and had a blast talking to the both of them at the same time. It made my night. Only minor inconvenience is I think, with all the banter we had back and forth, I got them confused and just got regular fries instead of the Pub Fries and the regular fries weren't that great. However, the recommendation for spicy chicken on the Jalapeno burger was awesome. The burger was hot and fresh. Thanks for the awesome experience...
