Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

Don’t bother paying cash!! After waiting for a long line of cars and ordering around $30 worth of ice cream, they wouldn’t except a $50 bill?!?! Which is the only thing I had. I said, “I know you have $18 in change you can give me.” Theres a sign on the payment window, but not on the order screen. Their reason is because of counterfeits.... they will not accept a bill over $20!!?? So I guess I’ll remind my bank to only give me $20s for vacation? I run multiple retail stores back home, and receive multiple $50s and $100s every single day and over 15 years have received only 3 counterfeit bills, and 2 of them were actually $20’s not a large bill. The one $100 we received was such a bad counterfeit, it was laughable. We used it as a lesson to our staff and haven’t made the mistake again. Do your customers a favor and train your employees to use a counterfeit pen, counterfeit bill detector (they are like $125 on Amazon) / whatever you need. You do plenty of business to have the change for larger bills. Your in the hospitality business, not the customer inconvenience business. Horrible...

Went here for an ice cream date with my daughter. Everything was great until she had to go to the bathroom. I had my infant son in his car seat as well and showed her the bathroom and said I had to get our stuff and to go ahead into the one person bathroom. I grab my son and purse and go knock on the door to check on my daughter and A BASKIN ROBBINS EMPLOYEE OPENS THE DOOR! WHY is there someone I don’t know in the bathroom ALONE with my child?! If you are an adult cleaning a bathroom and a child comes in, just leave. There was no reason she needed to stay in there, she could’ve touched my child or taken pictures! The only reason she left was because I pushed my way in once she opened the door! DO NOT support this store! When I spoke to the manager she told me to calm down and none of them felt there was anything wrong with the situation... Not one smile the entire visit was bad it was like they felt like we were there annoying . In addition the restrooms are out of order tried to ask for a cup of water for our puppy while we were waiting forever for our ice cream and they charged us $1 for it and it came full of ice and was about 3 in tall not to mention that the ice cream which we ordered multiple different flavors all tasted freezer burnt and the Scoops are about the size of a very undersized tennis ball truth is it just sucked all the way around I was shocked because I've been eating Baskin-Robbins and going to their stores for ice cream since I was a kid I don't know if somebody else runs the company or the privately owned or what but the Eglin Parkway Baskin-Robbins owner should not own an ice cream shop which is supposed to be...
