Firehouse Subs Uptown Station — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

I recently visiting this location I come here pretty often but usually at night and the service is always superb, especially from the young girl Stevie ! She’s always bubbly with a great personality ! However this specific visit was very disappointing The food was average and the service was terrible . An employee by the name Robert was very unprofessional Very rude when taking my order and he turned around and was reprimanding a fellow female employee which I thought was highly unprofessional and made me sick to my stomach I felt bad for the young girl and wanted to say something to Robert but he had already been rude to me so that’s why I am writing this review I hope that appropriate measures will be taking after seeing this post because I don’t see this location being around much longer with this kind of behavior...

I go here at least 3 times a week and they hired a new staff who are rude as can be they messed up my sub and put spicy things on it when I have ulcers and when I went back they argued with me because it's how they put it on the ticket finally I get them to fix it and they sat there in my face laughing and making fun of me talking about how I messed it up when I asked them if It was correct when they gave it back I was responded to with yep we know how to read a ticket I feel beyond insulted sadly my favorite place I've gone to for months I will never go back again beyond disappointed in bree and the staff working with her the only one who did right was the girl with strawberry blonde hair otherwise...

Came in for the name of the day promotion and was denied the promotion. It stated on the website it was a free medium sub with any purchase. I tried to purchase a bag of chips with my free sub and was told I had to buy another sub. When I showed the employee that was not the promotion stated online they still would not honor the promotion. Very disappointing to drive all the way up there and be denied a promotion as stated on the company website and Facebook page.
