I always order the caramel ribbon crunch Venti with no whip on the bottom extra crunch on the inside with whip on top and my total is $6.90 every time so I go today to order the same drink. They tell me they’re out of the crunch OK so I just told her I’d get a regular one and then I have any topping she said they had some caramel topping But maybe a picture of it on the top and that is it and charged me 7.22 so I asked her why is it more money for a regular caramel frappe that it is for the caramel ribbon crunch? She wanted to tell me that it was the taxes and I said OK but I’ve always paid 690 not 722 in mind you not my drinks not right every time I come to this location my drinks are never right and it’s a simplest drink in the world. Are usually love this location, the employees are so happy and friendly… But today I believe she is the manager… This woman is running around like a mad lady the line was superlong people were honking and she told me to pull around for my second drink then she never came out to bring it so when I went in she nearly threw the drink at me and was rambling on and on!! I understand you’re busy I don’t mind waiting but this lady is gone bonkers. Then she left All of the other employees inside while she went outside to smoke a cigarette and complain to her self in the parking lot!! So while the other employees are getting slammed at this moment their manager is smoking in the parking lot ... not...

Bless Margaret and her awesome caring attitude. When my we (friend and I) walked in for a brief business meeting (which inadvertantly turned into 6 hours) we were greated so warmly by her that it felt like home. It is not common nowadays to get that from a huge corporate business. Margaret is a real gem. You guys better take care of her! Oh and the custom-mint/ steamed -lemonade hot-tea-thing she made us is now my teams signature beverage at every meeting. She's also kind if a genius and was kind enough to give us the recipe so we could order at other locations By the way, the rest of the team at this store was so jovial and personable, it was amazing. Very little ego in this place....
