I am forced to give one star just to share my horrible experience. If I could I would give them negative 100 stars. First off on 03/24/22 between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. I had placed a to go order. They said they were very busy with me as the only customer in the building. I get it (Doordash). While I waited I observed the woman preparing a sandwich with gloves on and wiping her nose with the back of her glove then continued preparing sandwiches. She then takes her gloves off and starts packing orders in bags for Doordash at the same time she wipes her nose with her finger tips without gloves and scratches the back of her head. She then proceeds to put another pair of gloves on without washing her hands. Next the eye popper!!!! She is preparing my sandwich and asks me in Gen Z code what I wanted on it I asked her to say again two more times then she says Lettuce onion tomato etcetera I declined. When I placed my order I only wanted mayo on both sides of the bread and repeated it to her and she clearly understood and had my sandwich made when the dude working demanded I get up and walk over to the counter and tell her how I wanted it made. I told him she understood me and that the sandwich was finished. He then demanded again. I said it was done. He then told me again to do what he said or I can just leave. I said my meal was done and ready to be bagged. At that point he demanded I leave!!! So I just got up and walked out the door. I'm 54 Yrs old and refuse to be disrespected period. Read moreI am sooooo disappointed w/ this location until I have no clue where to begin whatsoever. Let’s start with me placing a mobile online order @ 12:16pm, the app said my order would be ready by 12:50pm which I gave the workers the benefit of the doubt by waiting as long as I could. Needless to say none of the RUDE workers even looked my way to ask me for the name on my order, didn’t bother to say: Hey, we’re overloaded right now, would you mind stepping in line & we can make your order since we’re behind.? So by 1:22pm I (THE CUSTOMER WHO ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR FOOD BEFORE THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE) finally had to request for a refund. Kelsey who claims to be the general manager wasn’t very empathetic. I understand there’s a shortage on employees, but as a manager, whenever there’s a problem like this you’ve gotta stop & realize you should make better solutions for paying customers not receiving a 3.2 star rating on your website. How are you ok with refunding $30 to a faithful paying customer? You’re supposed to be in business to make money NOT give it back to your customers. Your employers pay you hourly to do a job and you give money back? Who does that? The Niceville location has 3 workers at a time working around rush hour and they also live up to their expectations. Read moreI just had, unfortunately, the most horrific dinning experience I have ever endured in my 76 years of life. I ordered on line for in store pick up ASAP (15 mins by thier estimation). When I arrived the hot sandwich I had ordered was already finished but the cold sandwich was stuck behind an order of three, yes three, party boxes. I waited an additional 20 mins before asking how long of a wait it was going to be and I ws told it would only be 2 mins. Fast forward 10 more mins and my order was finally completed. I picked up my order but the hot sandwich was now stone cold and I told the counter person I shouldn't have to pay for a cold sandwich and a refund was issued. Again as I was leaving the individual who had ordered the party boxes began to insult and berate me for making him wait for his order (misdirected anger on thier part).
