If I could give this 0 stars I would! My family and I are visiting my grandmother and my children's great grandmother who we haven't seen in over a year drove 12 hours to get here seen her for a short time checked into our hotel and thought oh let's get uber eats! Then Uber eats brings us our food, they came in a right amount of time the lady that delivered our food from them was pleasant, accept they gave her the wrong food. Whewe started to separate our food because there are 5 people in our party there was missing food, wrong drinks then the food was so old and burnt the hamburgers were like hockey pucks and rock hard. We spent over $60 on this order Getting food for my entire family who is visiting here. This is not Uber eats fault unfortunately they were given wrong food. So then my family proceeds to try to call the McDonald's location that the Uber eats driver picked up from and it must have been over 40 minutes between multiple phones trying to get in contact with the store to let them know we had an issue and not once did they wanna speak to anyone except to pick up the phone and hang up on us and otherwise never answer. Then we came to the location to try to resolve the issue speaking to the manager that is currently on duty. Who was rude and didn't care either and just wanted to blow us off and said he never deals with Uber eats all they do is pick up the food that they make and they leave he said he has no way to contact them. Then we stated well I guess if we're not going to get any assistance here can we at least just get the 3 sandwiches we were missing from our order and then he acted like that was an issue too! so all in all very horrible service poor experience we'll never eat here...
Read moreSo it started at an other location where I ordered 2 large frappes through the app and upon arrival a very disrespectful guy talked to me at the drive through where he checked me in (charged my card) and waived me to the second window. At the second window I was told that they don’t have the drinks I have ordered (yet they went ahead and charged me anyway!) and I need to pick something else or otherwise I’ll have to get on the phone with customer service to get a refund. I asked why did they charge me for something that they knew they don’t have but I didn’t get an answer. Gave me an option to drive across town to pick up my order so I went with it.
When arriving at this location from across town I was told that I had to park and go inside I cannot just get my drinks I drove here for at the drive through window. After some wait I was presented with two sorry looking frappes that was only filled to about ¾ of the way. I asked if I may have two full drinks as I’ve paid for it and it’s not a favor for me like they have handled it. I’ve got attitude but luckily a nearby manager told them to fix another one. So after driving through town and waiting for a while to get what I’ve paid for I got even more attitude and another set of sorry looking ¾ cup of frappes. At that point I just gave up and walked away to share my story as a cautionary tale in case you would think about getting anything from a Fort Walton Beach McDonald’s.

Lil oriental girl walks up can I help you tell her issue and she’s lost she calls to mgr he ignores her Wait 10 more minutes then still no help we get in car go to drive thru clearly they are getting their orders but not walk ins. Dirty looks but ok pay for my drinks go to next window, same guy made the drinks think he forgot a step or two cuz they taste like crap seriously. Not VP to mention the guy hands us drinks looks away from us doesn’t acknowledge my thank you or wished to hear my concerns Then shuts window. Worst service, encounter, and drink from McDonald’s I have ever had. Won’t come here again that’s my promise.
