I don't normally have an issue with Arby's, nor am I usually one to complain. The two stars are from the quality of the food (above average). But, the people working the drive through really need to work on their customer service skills. My aunt was the one that put the order in and she was having trouble seeing the menu. She couldn't decide what kind of drink she wanted with her meal and changed her mind (a few times). I realize that this can be irritating. But, I also work with the public/customer service and you DON'T get snotty or try to rush people just because orders are being timed. I understand the need for urgency in fast food. But, she can't help repeating herself or changing her mind like she does. She's pretty innocent at heart and shouldn't feel rushed when she wasn't acting that way to be rude. Also, I would appreciate a "Thank You" instead of just slamming the window shut and apologizing to the next customer...

And there was no one in line after me but I had to pull forward and had to wait on the other customer in front of me because they where pulled up as well!!! They definitely seem very slow right now so not sure why the switch on breakfast and the pulling up with no one behind. Read moreI ordered for myself through the drive thru. It wasn’t terribly busy, so the line moved quick. As mistakes sometimes happen, I was given the wrong order at the window. So I drove back around to go through the drive thru, they had my original order ready at the window the second I pulled back up. I believe a manager was there training a new employee, and they handled the situation very well. Apologized, had a smile on their faces, and were very kind. When the same mistake is made at other fast food places, often the workers dont react so positively to someone explaining their order was messed up.
