Customer Service Absolutely Horrible! I called the order in last Thursday for a Friday pick up so they would have time to fill the order correctly. NOPE! Went into the store on Friday and went to double check the order with my phone in order and the young man behind the counter got irritated and angry that I was double checking the order! His specific words were "There is no reason for you to double check my work, everything you ordered is in the bag!!!" Okay. So I go to the register to pay and he looks at me all angry. "What else do you want?" he asks. I say "I would like to pay my bill please and would like a receipt" He gets all huffy and throws the receipt at me. Seriously???? I then get back to my office for my staff lunch and guess what??? The order is short the salads. The receipt was right. They charged me for the salads but they were missing from the bags. I should have DOUBLE CHECKED HIS WORK!!!! So I call the store and asked for the store manager and got Ryan whom then tells me that they do not accept phone in orders for the next day. Oh really? Well I called it in on Thursday and you filled the order on Friday and I have a receipt to prove it. Ryan argues with me that this EVEN actually happened. I have proof. What difference does it make? Your staff is RUDE and the order was short!!! Ryan says "well I will talk with my staff" My comments to anyone thinking about going to this restaurant "THINK AGAIN AND GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER STORES WHERE YOU WILL GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE" In this day and age Customer Service is so important and if you can not have that then you should not be...
Read moreWe eat here quite a bit when we drive over from OH to shop. Usually really good but they really skimped this time on both of our potatoes. Usually their spuds are huge and decked out with toppings. Literally two bacon crumbs this time and couldn't have been more than 10 shavings of cheese. Not sure if a new chef but will only dock 1 star for the time being since this is hopefully a fluke.
Update 8/21/2021: Unfortunately that was not a fluke so I mist reduce the score. I ordered a full size spud and mine was smaller than my wife's choose-2 spud (which should have been half a spud). This is officially the WORST McAllister's I've ever been to. I asked for my toppings on the side just to see how much they really put on but was disappointed, when I received this pathetic potato, to find the chef must not understand what "OTS" means on the order slip. Hopefully they're hiring for a competent manager because this location is running this great franchise through the mud.

Ok, stuff happens... but when I got there to pick up the order I was told that I needed a confirmation code in order to get the refund. I called my coworker, got the number and then we were told that refund could not be proceeded for a day or so until the general manager came in! I paid for the new order (it was not complete by the way). I had to talk to 5 employees to get this resolved. The first one was so rude that I almost walked out.
