We had an exceptionally bad experience here. We ordered from the Taco Bell app for pickup. I sent my husband to pick it up. He gets there, and they tell him they don't have our order and send him to another location to see if it's there. Didn't offer to call them to check, just sent him bc they insisted that they didn't have our order there. The poor man calls me bc they don't have the order at the 2nd location either, so I confirm with him that he went to the correct location in the first place. So while he is on his way back to the first taco bell, I call them to say "hey, he's coming back" and make sure they got our order. Well the nice gentleman I spoke with said, oh yes I see it. It came up "on the screen in the back and not the front" whatever that means, and I said awesome. Called my husband to update him, and thought that takes care of that. Well when my husband finally arrives, the man at the front tells him no again, saying that they don't have our order and swears to him that he is incorrect. So while he's speaking with my husband, my husband calls me, and puts him on the phone. The front worker asked me who I spoke to. I said I don't know somebody in the back maybe? I'm thinking to myself, are there really that many people working there that he couldn't just find out himself really quick, especially considering what fiasco it has already been for us. I explained to him that the gentleman I spoke with earlier said the order was only appearing in the back. He said well can you call us again and try talking to him again? I'm like are you serious right now? Just take 7 steps to the back and ask him! I almost laughed straight into the phone, but I'm not a meanie, so I say okay and call the location again. Finally I explain the entire story to the man in the back, and he says, so sorry about that and also... They forgot to make your order.... Facepalm this was so terrible it was almost funny. Unfortunately it was 2 hours and a quarter tank of gas from start to finish to get FAST food. Believe me, I completely understand when technology works against us. That cannot be helped on the staff's side of things. However, what can be done is how you respond to a situation like that. Unfortunately, they just failed in that aspect and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Will not be using the app again. We've been hesitating to even go to Taco Bell at all since then. 😑 Tacos...
Read moreI stopped coming to this Taco Bell months ago after going through the drive-through in the morning and being told 'we can't help you, my morning staff didn't show up'. I don't have time for that sort of nonsense in the morning, I have to get food and get to work.
Unfortunately, this morning my wife decided she wanted to try the breakfast here. We got to the drive-up and no breakfast items were shown. After waiting several minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to order, I asked if breakfast was over already. The woman on the mic said 'oh that's my fault, i didn't change it'. I asked how we were supposed to order or if she was coming out to change the boards over to breakfast. She responded 'oh well i can read the menu but no i can't change the boards now'. Are you for real? You can't be bothered to do your job? How did you fail such a simple task to begin with? How do you expect your customers to order with no information on any of the items other than a name? I don't know what's on/in each item, the price, or what it even looks like because you failed to perform the simple task of changing your menu.
Suffice to say, we are both convinced of the incompetence of the morning staff at this location now. If you've got somewhere to be, don't go to this location. Do what I do and go to Arby's for your breakfast. Roughly the same price, higher quality food, competent staff, no problems.
And guys, I highly suggest doing some training or firing. This isn't exactly rocket...
Read moreStopped in this morning at 920...walking thru the doors I noticed how FILTHY every window was. I continued in and not a soul in the dining room. After standing at the counter for five minutes and non greets I ordered on the kiosk. Eventually a young lady came to the front to prepare my border...the other tow just stayed in the back and continued to do nothing. Filled my drink up and went to the lobby where trash and debris was everywhere and not ONE table was clean. I looked to the counter for help and shocker all there were in the back laughing and joking and again doing nothing. I brushed a table off to eat and found no straw in my sack, went to the fountain area and of course not straws there either. Went to the counter and yelled "Hello" with no replies probably because they were in the back doing nothing! Actually walked behind the counter and yelled "Where are your straws"? They laughed and the young lady gave me one and turned around and went back to her friends where they continued to do nothing. Work ethic like this starts with Mgmt and if they allow it they should be terminated. Not the first time I've given this place a 1 star but was optimistic it would be better. Obviously this TB is a sh#! show and their Regional Manager should do something. Oh wait, that would be leadership which I now see TB could give a rats a&& about fixing things! ...
