The Burger Experience — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

This place kept appearing on my uber eats as "something I would like". But there's a few issues here. I ordered on Uber Eats, and two combo meals with TWO, drinks, and didn't recieve either drink. When I asked the driver he simply replied with "eh, they never gave the drinks to me.". So basically paid for a combo meal but didn't get the full combo. Absurd. Also, highly disappointed by this place. Calling themselves the "Burger Experience", I expected some high quality burgers. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss, and all I got was a sad, pathetic looking burger with just mushrooms and cheese. No lettuce, tomato,. Pickles. Nothing but a patty, bun, and some, mushrooms and cheese. Do not eat here if you want a decent burger, or meal. Go...

I was expecting a gourmet burger considering the price but was sadly disappointed. To me it tasted like a whopper but was a smaller patty. I had asked for the horsey mayo and an extra side of it, but only received a side so burger was lacking in that aspect. Toppings were a joke and lacked flavor (carmelized onions and mushrooms). I saw cheese but didn't taste it either. Bacon was really tough and had zero flavor. I had a side of fries, good amount for price, paid extra for some cajun seasoning, but only about half of them had any. I really think for the $20, I could have gone to Wendy's and been more satisfied and had an extra combo...

All of the food was nearly cold when it arrived, we used DoorDash for delivery. Four of us got custom burgers, another a chicken sandwich, all with fries. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be a regular fried, instead it was a spicy chicken sandwich. The only choice for a bun was either brioche or no bun, you couldn’t order ketchup or mustard directly on the sandwich, it only came in packets. My horsey mayo sauce was bland at best. You can’t just order salt on the fries, the closest option is salt & pepper. What a colossal waste of money even with the DoorDash...
